wow, I can't believe that I am not alone. A few months ago while my wife and son were visiting her parents I opened a bunch of things that were still in the packages, cut out 1500 jedi master points and sent them to mackanziesdad (chris hodgson) as I am in canada and the points were useless here because Hasbro sucks, now a lot of guys would be out looking for tail while their wife is gone, not me, my life is soo exciting that I decided to recycle a ton of star wars packaging, it took me 2 carloads with my vwjetta, which really has one of the biggest trunk spaces ever, the mafia should use vw jetta's and not caddys!

I really enjoy what I do for a living, I work for the Canadian Fed Govt, my job is stuctured but not a daily grind, but I would like to eventually work for myself, that way I can set my own price, standards and ethic. I turned down a job that I could have been making $200 000 a year at, and have not looked back because it was dangerous. I have a son that I would like to see grow up. I might regrete it in the short term but not the big picture.

I think that people jump on the phrase "scalping" too often, not every figure is worth a 1 on 1 trade. People also don't take into consideration about the lack of figures that are sold on shelves especialy here in Canada. I think that I have a high standard of trading ethic, and would never pull a fast one over on anybody. I count on people in the forum boards to complete their end of the trade, as I do. If I wanted to deal with scalpers I would just use ebay...

hey, what do you think....
I have a son that is almost 2 years old, his world revolves around the 3 B's right now. Buzz Lightyear, Bob (the builder) and Blue (little blue dog from Blues Clues)

I have been thinking about making him a custom star wars Buzz Lightyear, I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or can help with a recipe. Also if anyone has the EU concept speederbike pilot, I am looking for a couple...

Stuff a holo stormtroopers helmet with scupty or whatever. Stuff the helmet onto the peg, instant cool stormtrooper, I am going to play a couple of these to death but trying them in new poses, I hope that this is the way they continue making armybuilders......

I have loose figures everywhere, there is no rhyme or reason. I have figures in my bathroom, living room, in with my sons toys, in drawers, in buckets, in my tool boxes, crates and even in a christmas fruitcake box :P. I have 4 display cabinets full, they have 3 shelves each and each shelf has around 30-50 figures. Its actually pretty organized, now that I think about it  ;D
