Titanium: Galoob vs. Hasbro

What's the difference between these to lines? Is the scale similar?

I have all the Bounty hunter ships released in the hasbro titanium line, but still need to pick up a slave 1 to go with them.

Does it matter what version I get?

I could be wrong but I think there was significant size difference in the Galoob and Hasbro stuff...  I think that Slave I was, for instance, huge compared to the Hasbro one.
