The CC in "Star Wars SW BL Mando CC Trooper" is probably Credit Collection, so it's probably related to this tidbit from Jayson's rumor machine:

Without getting into the exact details (Because I don’t know them) I’ve heard that the “credit collection“ is groan worthy.

This series is a little bit of a head scratcher. But given the popularity of The Mandalorian I can appreciate how they would want to keep these characters in circulation. At the same time, I recall during one of the recent Hasbro Star Wars webcasts that the Black Series Archive was going to be taking a break during 2020 while the TESB 40th Anniversary Collection was in circulation. So how do you offer up these figures (https://yakfaceforums.com/main/2020/08/29/rumor-report-6-black-series-credit-collection/) from the Disney+ series?
This "Credit Collection" seems like a way to offer reissues, but perhaps with what we've come to know as a "value added pack-in" in order to entice some customers to buy the new release. In this case I think what Hasbro *MIGHT* do is include some kind of credits/props as seen in the show: New Republic credits, Mon Calamari flan, Imperial credits... maybe even a beskar ingot or a bounty puck.

Maybe its just and "Archive Collection" version that is specific to The Mandalorian to allow them to do reissues.

I've got say, the execution of the Credit Collection (https://www.instagram.com/p/CFZnPLtHKEh/) is even cooler than I had initially thought. Drawing on the concept art that appears in the end credits of each episode of The Mandalorian as the inspiration for the deco on the figures and the cardbacks is a stroke of genius. They actually included an Imperial credit with each figure, too?!?!?
I can appreciate why Jayson posted RIP to our wallets!

I was able to get an order in for the Death Trooper. The links were active for Mando on Amazon and Cara Dune on the Target app, but I couldn’t order either one. And the links on both the Best Buy and GameStop sites weren’t active.

Mando and Death Trooper are both available on Amazon now. But if you’re not a Prime member there is apparently no way to go Free Shipping on either one, no matter what you add to your cart. Cost me @#&$* $60 for the two of them, sheesh.
Cara sold out in minutes. I correctly guessed she would be the first to go and had her in my cart but Target made me log in and by the time I remembered my password she was gone. Way to not sell as much product as you could have, stupid retail outlet who doesn’t want my money. ::)
Best Buy apparently didn’t get the memo because their link is still not live. GameStop just has a placeholder up now.
Man, I can’t wait til those HTS exclusives go up! 😭

I managed to get the Mandalorian on Amazon. Would you believe that signing up for a notification helped? Because my Amazon echo started flashing and alerted me that Mando was back in stock!

I haven't tried to place any orders for these yet, mostly because I'm kind of not interested? Does anybody know if these paintjobs are more accurate to the show, or are they just artsy repaints? If the former, I'll grab them.

I’m pretty certain that the paint scheme of both the cardback and the figures is inspired by the concept art that’s shown in the end credits of each episode of The Mandalorian. That plus the Imperial credits in each one seems to be the basis for the name and concept for this sub-line.

Was just able to preorder IG-11 from GameStop. Looks like I missed the Heavy Mando. Or rather, he is in my cart, but every time I go to check out it says he is unavailable.

I'm a little torn on these too. I've got so many 6" figures at this point I'm looking for reasons not to buy variants. I think I'm going to pass on these, but still unsure.

When I just thought they were carbonized I was out, but I'm in the second I found out they are related to the art work at end of the episodes

Whew, bummed that I missed a few of these, but I've got most on pre-order. Nabbed the 6" Mando, Death Trooper, and IG-11 Exclusives, as well as the TVC 3.75" set of 4 from Walmart. Missed Cara, but hopefully she is easier to find in the land a thousand Targets. I can't tell if the Best Buy Heavy already sold out or is still on its way - it says coming soon on the site. Anyone actually get a pre-order in? I'm running out of space for repack stuff, but I love these characters and the cardbacks are incredible.

I've managed to get orders in to Amazon for the Mandalorian and Death Trooper as well as GameStop for IG-11. Cara Dune and the Heavy Infantry Mandalorian are still a work in progress.

Cara is all I still need. And I was on Target's site at 3pm Central. I think I made a terrible mistake checking Amazon for Mando when Target was loading and by time I got back she went to sold out. Pretty crazy they can have these few numbers right away. Time to tell all the internet how much Hasbro and Target and Disney and Kathleen Kennedy suck. ;)

This showed as a pre-order item, but every time I try to ring it up it says out of stock, then lists status as coming soon. Gah! I hate exclusives!

My theory is that Target is reserving several of theirs to sell in store, which is why Cara was much harder to get. I sure hope that's the case - all the others were fairly easy to order.

I got charged for the GameStop exclusive IG-11 from this sub-line, and a shipping notice. It looks like GameStop just got a whole bunch of Black Series stock, because I also got notifications for a couple of other pieces, too.

Got IG-11 today. Not asking them to keep this an ongoing line, but I really like the paint scheme on the figure and the look of the cardback.

I got mine yesterday, and I like the paint apps. It definitely reads well in person.
I got a tracking number for the Heavy Infantry Mandalorian, but the delivery date is still over a week off. And the two Amazon exclusive credit collection figures still have December delivery dates.

Picked up Credit Collection Cara Dune today at Target, with a little help from a friendly employee who had just cracked open a box for someone else. Card and paint apps are decent, so this is a keeper. Big relief since that’s the one CC figure I wasn’t able to preorder. Hope that bodes well for the Holiday Trooper as I am in the same boat with him too.

This arrived today and picked up a Cara. I love this little set. The coloring is a substantial change and the artwork and card back packaging is really cool. Here's hoping they do not do any more of these as I probably won't be able to resist.

Mail call yesterday from Best Buy! I wound up getting a Heavy Infantry Mandalorian with a cracked blister. A little disappointed with that, but it’s also not the end of the world.
I also managed to get the CC Cara Dune this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see almost a dozen of them on the pegs at a local store.

I got my BB Heavy Infantry Mando in the mail and that is one big ass card! Even in a big box there wasn’t quite enough room so one edge got bent as a result. No wrinkles or creases though, so I think I can mold in back into its natural shape with a little work.
MOC collectors may be in for a disappointment with this one. Although I guess you could always buy him in an actual store.
My replacement IG is due today...fingers crossed for better results this time.

Yakface is reporting (https://yakfaceforums.com/main/2021/02/15/rumor-report-6-black-series-credit-collection-eel-figure/) another addition to the Credit Collection. The character name is coded as "Eel". Considering the focus of the line on The Mandalorian, I'm thinking that this could be a stylized version of Moff Gideon.

I think that Mando and the Armorer look really good in this expression, but I'm not really into the rest of the wave so much.

These do look cool, but these repaints are all an easy pass for me.
Maybe if we've already plumbed the depths of all sorts of different characters I'd be more open to art versions like these.
And mostly I don't want to feed the Hasbro machine of repaint after repaint with not a lot of new characters.

Has said “Coming Soon” all day but some people over at RS said they were able to order one somehow. Did it sell out almost immediately or something? That seems odd to me. All the others were easy to procure. ???

I was putting my Black Series orders from yesterday on my spreadsheet (it's the only way I can accurately keep track of things now), and came across a discrepancy with the Credit Collection Armorer.
When I checked my GameStop account the CC Armorer is showing a delivery date of October 1st. But when I looked at the Amazon order for the CC Mandalorian that had a May delivery date. I went back to check the livestream and sure enough all of the Credit Collection has delivery dates in Spring 2022. GameStop needs to update that product listing!
