Picked up some loose (bagged) figures today from a local shop today.

Short mouth Biker Scout (complete with blaster)
Rancor Keeper (my orig. vintage one was ****)
Nien Numb (mint with blaster)
Walrus Man (minty with blaster)
Klaatu (grayish face, fuzzier skirt)

all for $36.

Wow, that's a huge deal.  You'd pay close to that for the Scout variation alone.  Was this Hot Comics?  Any other vint goodies at good prices?  Stang, nice find Jay!
Climbed a mountain & never came back. I will not quit & I always fight back
From this moment for all my life. What could I say? Was born to be this way. And what could I say?  Just livin' for today

Dude, that's outrageous. Splendid work there. I think my short mouth biker ran me close to $20 and didn't come with the original gun either. If I could find stuff like that around here I would be in heaven.

I was lucky enough to win the elusive Security Scout mini-rig tonight on eBay. That is a tough one to find for whatever reason, but I came across a nice loose one for a decent price. Kind of surprised I won it actually, but extremely pleased.

Now I just need to hunt down that Imperial Sniper and Sand Skimmer and I am good to go.

Got my tan-limb Klaatu variant in the mail today. Not one of my favorites I would have to say, the color differences are a little more subtle than I was expecting. The soft goods portion is significantly different though, both in color and texture/thickness. So that's a plus.

Picked up a minty Romba earlier today for a good price on eBay, surprisingly. Just missed on Warok.

Also got the Security Scout in the mail today...I love this thing! Sure, it's gimmicky as hell, but I value it for the sheer weirdness.

Finally got my Grey hair Obi-Wan variant in the mail today, another one off the list. Pretty decent shape, lightsaber w/tip intact, good cape. All in all, I am satisfied.

Have already started some initial forays into playsets and vehicles...prices are generally much better than I'd expected. I definitely see myself moving into these areas sooner rather than later given the escalating price brackets of the remaining figures I still need. (Yakface, Blue Snags, etc)

Just got a ESB carded Boba fett in C-8 condition with the printed Revenge offer. the only thing is that the seller put down all flaws but one. i am OK with the rest of the flaws but she failed to put down that the figure has frost all over it and now i am thinking of returning it for the reason of her not being up front about it.I payed a little over $300.00 shipped.I know they go for more and i will never get a cheaper one but that just pisses me off when they hide thing like that. should i return it ?.

Like sealed Kenner Baggie, bagged?  If so, that's a steal.

Can any of you guys tell from looking at this picture if this is a molded face Endor Soldier or not?

Looking at Rebelscum's comparison and the way that the face color extends onto the front face of the straps of the helmet, I think it appears to be the molded version, but I'm new to this one...

Heck, I can't even tell the difference between the 2 figs in the source photo. Would be curious to know also, since I assume this implies some sort of variant.

I picked up a really nice Dulok figure from the Droids series over the holidays when I was on vacation in Delaware. I just happened to stumble upon a vintage toy shop and that was about the coolest thing they had to offer.

I also picked up the Hoth Ice Planet Playset on eBay for only $15. (Just need the backdrop but that seems like a good price regardless)

Looking at your photo and the source photo, I'm going to say it's a Helmet Moulded Endor soldier.  The paint goes out onto the helmet and chin strap.
This is the way.

First, nice pickup for a great price.

Second, I wouldn't return it.  I believe the remedy for the frost situation is to sit the figure in the sunlight for a few minutes.  Sunlight for a short period of time.

How can you tell if it's face paint on the chin strap or if it's molded and simply unpainted on the strap?

I received this beauty in the mail today, Preschool Ewoks Princess Knessa Latara first shot prototype from the Woodland Wagon playset.

The Preschool proto's are slowly getting done, just a few more to go.

Edit: Seller named the figure wrong.
