Title: Awesome kid!

Arguably one of the coolest news stories I've ever read! (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,320005,00.html)

I cannot let my 6 year old hear about this -- he's absolutely ready to attack an intruder with his FX lightsaber if need be.  Once Santa brought the FX one, he came to the conclusion that all of his other lightsabers are "just pretend".  He thinks the only thing keeping the true power of the lightsaber at bay is the "glass" around it.  Fortunately, he's very careful with it so that he doesn't turn it into a "real" one.

That's awesome that the kid fought the attacker off!
