But I was in TRU last night and they had that australian Kmart exclusive 20 inch Darth Vader buddy but as a american TRU exclusive, and it was priced @ $15.99

Is it like a pillow wresting buddy?  I saw those at TRU last week, if I was a kid I'd definitely want one.

I think they are rather odd looking. The face reminds me of a mouse or some sort of animal. But yes, I would be digging it if I were still a kid!  8)

I thought these were exclusive to Australia? I saw them at TRU yesterday and picked one up for my daughter. These aren't the normal small battle buddies, it's about 12 inches tall and talks when squeezed (Vader noises, breathing, etc.). Anyone else find these? btw, it was only $19.99. If only they made a stormtrooper, too!

Well I remember reading last year that they would be available in the states at some point and now here they are.  My nephew absolutely loves the one I got him.

Their shipping rates are based upon weight so it shouldn't be too bad.
