If anyone still has an extra Wedge floating around at this point that they don't want to gouge me on, please drop me a line.  I'd also be willing to toss a couple TIE Pilots and/or TSC Endor figures into the mix as trade bait, or I'd be willing to sell my two TIE Pilots to anyone interested separately instead...

As for the potential TRU boxset #3, considering the first two have proven to be mostly just repaints, this is the lineup I'd dig for the next one:

1. Spirit of Yoda (gotta have him to complete the ROTJ spirit lineup)
2. Biggs X-Wing Pilot
3. Death Star Droid (RA-7 black repaint)
4. Lando in Smuggler disguise (Han/Lando kit-bash)
5. Captain Antilles (from a RFT)

Any other viable options for repaints still at this point?  There's always more astromech repaint options from all 3 versions (R2, R4, R5), of course.  Silver and red 3POs would work too, as would more Rebel Pilots (Biggs, Dutch, etc.), and I guess there's also the Mon Calamari Colonel (would need a small helmet molded on Ackbar, like the POTJ figure).  Anything else come to mind?

I love the idea of spirit Yoda, Death Star Droid, and Captain Antilles. I would like to see them stick a Hoth Leia in there, but maybe she's best saved for the Series 8 I want to see, (all ESB with snowtroopers up the ying-yang). Obi Wan with a modified Jedi Luke robe (two-tone) so we get a hood-up obi would be nice. I'm afraid the 5th is just about bound to be an ewok...

Re: the Wedge figure- I'm sorry you got a dud box from our common Kubrick pimp. JediJaybird hit the Tarkin, and I got the Wedgies. I gave him one in trade for a cool Hoth background poster he had printed out for me-

Had a couple more figures arrive today , so I decided to take a couple of pics.
I also won a local auction here and when those figs arrive a new photo will have to be taken.

Still looking for a reasonably priced 400% Luke stormie if anyone sees can they please let me know?

How about General Lando, Han Ceremonial, Chewbacca Hoth, and you know there's going to be some lame Ewok.

that wouldn't be too bad, I really am hoping for the spirit of Yoda figure.

I like that R5 unit, and Lando General would be nice as well. I wonder if he would be a chase figure for the ROTJ loaded wave 7? But now that I am thinking about a hooded up Obi Wan, I really want to see one.

Well this is my first post here, I usually post on the other boards but this one seems to have the highest level of Kubrick activity. You guys have been a very good resource for me on collecting this line.

I just got my box from HLJ and was lucky enough to pull a veers.  I am not a completist with this line so I was looking to trade or sell him to somone on the boards who is much more into these then me.

Selling for 105 Shipped U.S.

Greetings, welcome and nice pull! :o  More confirmation that there are some honest retailers out there (though how come I never got diddly from my boxes from HLJ?).

I am hoping the Royal Guard is the multipack int he box. I want a bunch of them.

Medicom does everything bass ackwards so the Royal Guard will probably be a 1:12. they always seem to that with the Army builders...

Huh?
Series 1 - no real army builder
Series 2 - army builder = sandtrooper 4/12
Series 3 - AT-AT Driver 1/12
Series 4 - Stormtrooper 4/12
Series 5 - Death Star Gunner 3/12
Series 6 - Tie Pilot 3/12
                DST 2/12
                Rebel Trooper  1/12

So aside from Series 3, I'd say they're doing pretty well.  Series six you could argue with an overpopulation of Lukes but there wasn't that much they could do there either.  I'll remain an optimist with Medicom and think they'll do it right.  They'll be in the same boat though as Series six with multiple army builders, so not everyone will be served properly, much as the Tusken was earlier.

madcow is talking out of his posterior orifice.

F. Series 6 - June 2006:

Regular Figures

___ Death Star Trooper - 2:12
___ Luke Skywalker - X-Wing Pilot - 3:12
___ R4-M9 - 1:12
___ RA-7 - 1:12
___ Rebel Trooper - 1:12
___ TIE Fighter Pilot - 4:12

I have no doubt that either Biker Scout or Royal Guards will be 4:12, the Gamorreans at least 2:12 with the others being 1:12.

How about General Lando, ...

...and Lando General would be nice as well.

Oh yeah, I totally brainfarted on that choice.  Good thinking.  I'd much rather have Lando General than Smuggler Lando, so my revised TRU (rehash) boxset #3 wishlist is this now:

1. Spirit of Yoda (gotta have him to complete the ROTJ spirit lineup)
2. Biggs X-Wing Pilot
3. Death Star Droid (RA-7 black repaint)
4. Lando General
5. Captain Antilles (from a RFT)

If that set actually came to fruition, it'd be one of the few times (only time?) I wouldn't have a gripe with getting a buttload of repaints.

BTW, nice collection pix Hemish, in case I failed to mention that earlier...  ;)

And a hearty welcome to stewbacca as well!  Excellent choice in stopping by JD, if you're looking for the best Star Wars Kubrick discussion on the net!
