Just wondering if it's just me or...
I have my account set to keep me logged in. Randomly this weekend, I had to re-log in. Since then, threads I've read before, start at post 1 every time I click on the thread. Is it me or is there some technical error somehwhere?
-
The same thing keeps happening to me too.
-
We did some forum software upgrades over the weekend and they are most likely the cause of a few bugs still floating around...
-
I notice we can no longer delete our own posts. Was that an intentional change, or just a side effect of the upgrade? Cause I have to say I liked having the option on occasion. (Maybe make it so you can only use it for a certain period (hour?) after posting?)
-
Same problems happening here. For a while, I had an option to remove threads and thought I had become a moderator for a minute.
-
I'm going to say it's more than likely a deliberate choice to eliminate that since it's been abused in the past pretty gratuitously.
-
Yeah, we've already noted the issue Anthony and Tracy mentioned above, and Chris is looking into it.
Not sure if we're going to change that option to allow users to delete their own posts though, since like Jesse's mentioned, that feature can occasionally cause some problems with the occasional disgruntled person. We'll discuss it though and get back to you...
Thanks for the feedback folks. Holler if you notice anything else quirky!

Same thing is going on with me too.

And the 'quote fast' button does not work for me.
Am I the only one experiencing problems with quoting replies?

Nope. I am too.

I do want to mention that the PM page is pretty sharp and spiffy. I love the PM volume bar. Kudos.

Ok..can we just list the things here that changed/are different post software update? That way we don't have to keep coming in here asking about this/that? Thanks
I just noticed I cannot find an edit button anymore..is that another difference too?
I really relied on that for grammar/spelling/typo errors. Guess I'll have to be more careful now....

Ummm ... the Modify button should still be there next to Quote. At any rate I can still see it.
-
Weird I had 1 button yesterday afternoon and I couldn't modify/edit my posts then..hmmm :-\
well, it's there now...thanks?
-
Glad to see i am not the only having the problem with the "new" button. Everytime i click it takes me to page one.
-
Thanks all for mentioning your issues, rest assured I'm looking into them and have an idea of most issues, it's just the implementation time takes a while. Just know that I'm on it. Thanks for the understanding and I hope the upgrade makes things a bit better for everyone.

What happened a few minutes ago :-\?
Another software upgrade already wow that was quick!
Only thing I noticed so far was the yellow in the mod names under the who's in here section at the bottom of the main screen- it kinda hard to see through the white background.
Everything else looks great so far!

The issue I was having was taken care of with the upgrade. It's weird navigating the new look, I look forward to testing everything out.

On the forum pages, can we have the background behind the Titles column be the medium shade of blue instead? I find the pale one makes gold text hard to read....
