Cool parts selection, I was wondering what that wing was.  Great idea.
Also a good point about the Millenium Falcon.  I stand corrected.  :)

Finish your WIPs.  They will leave a lasting impression, five hours of halo will be forgotten  ;D

Blasphemer!  Halo will never be forgotten!  :P
You're right though.  I've decided to do some more customizing.  I'm having a hell of a time with paint chipping right now  >:(

Thanks CHEWIE, I always appreciate your feedback.

Just a note though, the Jango Fett is actually "mini-bust" scale (1/6th, or 12" scale).  I made him from a bootleg Kaiyodo Boba Fett vinyl model (the same one I used to make the Boba Fett mini-bust).  He's about 6 inches tall.  It's no big deal, but I just thought I should clarify that  8).

Now I'm at a dilemma...do I finish off some more WIP customs or do I play Halo 2 for 5 hours...  The decisions I have to make when my girlfriend visits her grandparents for the weekend  :P

I like the looks of that Dresselian Jedi, did you paint the robes too?

The Duros Jedi is great, the parts work very well together.

I know that when I first started taking pics of my customs, my pics were very blurry.  I found that standing a little further back when you take the pictures helps to focus the camera better.

HOTP Hes refering to emails that Outrider has gotten from people bashing his work and calling him a NEO-Nazi.

I hate stupid people...

 >:( >:(

I don't want to speak for Pendragon, but I'm pretty sure he was referring to the morons that were e-mailing Paul about his customs  ;)

Thanks for the comments guys!

Smarty - Thanks man, that particular Microman body lent itself pretty well to Spartan style armor.

Fritz - The helmet and the head are from the Kamino Escape Jango Fett.
        - Thanks on the kind words for the Master Chief.  I sculpted the armor from Sculpey clay.  I wish I had one of Master Gunzz's Master Chief casted figures!  Were you able to get one?  He never got back to me on them.   :-\
        - The Han Solo was actually just the original VOTC figure, I just put him there for scale purposes  ;).  I do highly recommend putting the Saga 2 Carkoon head on the new VSTC Endor Han body - it looks much better.

HunterofThePegs - Thanks man!  The Grunt is from Joyride Studio's 3" figure line (the figures that came in the 2 and 5-packs as well as the vehicles.  I think the grunt is pretty close in scale to Star Wars scale.
    - I'm not familiar with ESB: Infinities, is that one of those alternate storyline comics?

Customizing Tips and Tricks / Re: Magnetic Articulation

depending on how strong these magnets are and where you position them on a grevious maybe you could get him in that 6 legged positon when he's "running" over to the wheel bike.

So...awesome!  Definitely keep us updated on this SA Grievous.

I really like it, the paint apps and battle scarring look fantastic.  Just a question though, why did you decide to make it asymmetrical?  That's the only thing that throws me off a bit.  I think it would be really cool if you added the right side wing to the other side to even it out.

All of the greeblies look great and you combined the parts seamlessly.  Well done again Fritz!

Sorry for the double reply, but I took some more pics tonight...

Here is a Custom Microman Master Chief that I made a few months ago.

The helmet cast is from Glassman (thanks again man!  You're a lifesaver) and the Battle Rifle is a cast from Master_Gunzz

Here are some clearer pics of Boba Fett

Questions/Comments/Advice always appreciated!

Holy crap DD!  That Mandalorian is awesome!  I've seen Aeseven7's Mandalorian and it was definitely a great choice to "rip off" (your words, not mine!  :P).  Seriously though, the paint apps are crisp and I was surprised at how well that Dengar Backpack looks.  The light blue visor was weird to me at first, but after now that I've looked at it some more, I really like it a lot.

I think that's a great idea.
Have you seen those Magnetix figures?  (I think that's what they're called)
They sound like what you're planning, although the ball-bearings in those figures are huge, so it wouldn't work on Grievous.

Microman also has some magnetic figures, but I haven't seen them yet.  They might be exactly what you're looking for.

I like the look of the ARC Trooper Commander, but I'll wait until you finish it up.  Are you going for a softgoods kama?  What head is that?

The Jet Clone Trooper looks cool, especially the color scheme.  I like the use of the Clone Pilot helmet

The Jedi Master turned out well.  Great softgoods usage there.

Do you have a reference pic for Anoo Dat Prime?  Is he a fanfic character?

Just hit up Radio Shack and ask for "Rare Earth" Magnets.  They're about $5 per set and they should be strong enough to hold a limb.
