Part II
I had inside knowledge that the same WM from yesterday had more Wave 4.75 cases, so I called a friend of mine who I knew was still looking and could make it to the store at opening today. He also handles himself well in a crisis. I decided to go out of pure curiosity to see if Hello Kitty lady would show up and to see what would happen.
When I arrived, my friend was there, no Hello Kitty lady. The Manager I spoke to yesterday saw me and pulled me aside. He was rolling his eye the whole time, but he told me he talked to Hello Kitty lady and she said that I threatened her, swore at her and intimidated her. It was obvious that he didn't believe her, but he did say that certain protocol would have to be followed should she make the claims again which would mean us both being barred from the store. I apologized and he said not to worry.
That said, the store opened and me and my buddy went in. They stocked wave 2 legends, but no Wave 4, which I knew they had.
Then she came, with shopping cart, and she just started yelling at me. Said I had no right to tell WM that she owned a store and that I'm trash for doing so. She wouldn't stop yelling. She said they limited her quantities. I basically said, look, I tried to be nice, I gave you figures, but you just wanted more. Again, she said I didn't need them and continued to yell at me. Employees are watching, I kept quiet, occasionally saying, I tried to be nice. She kept calling me trash and said everyone does what she's doing and that I had not right to tell WM that she owns a store, it's an invasion of privacy. She also read my post on scum and she said I have no right to tell the world she has a Tax ID and that she orders from Hasbro and Newforce. Then she said if I showed up near her store or at the adjacent TRU, she'd have me arrested. My buddy is just laughing and I swear to God, she was foaming at the mouth, literally, she was so mad. I was very amused.
Then her husband showed up. He was calmer and didn't really say much.
Did I mention my kids were with me? Having heard enough, I picked them up and left to leave the store. She followed me, continuing to yell. Luckily, the Manager was walking up the isle. Since I was slightly ahead of her, I did one of those covert pointing and twirling my finger at the side of my head. I kept my mouth shut and she hung herself complaining about me and yelling at the manger. Luckily, the manager was cool and said, you're the only one I hear yelling. Her response was, "because he made me mad." I saw one of the witnessing employees shake his head and laugh, saying "that's no reason to yell." Bottom line, she and her husband were both escorted to the door. The manager told me to shop as normal. I apologized but he said again not to worry.
All I bought was a high school musical pencil holder for my older daughter.
