Just wanted to verify.  Neither Tauntaun will have an open belly right?

Yeah, I can live with my POTF Tauntaun awhile longer.

I need all of these so I'm glad it's coming.

I did not see anything from Wave 9 today.  But there was wave 5 at my nearest Wally World.  Finally got Luke Death Star Escape and some others.  I'm just a few waves behind.  I didn't see any remnants of wave 9 anywhere around here today.

I get the logic of adding a battlepack out there of those characters.  But at least put out the most up-to-date figures of those characters. The same with this re-release of the Maul Sith Speeder.  I understand putting out the Sith Speeder again but with that same Maul figure from 1999?  I guess it's a cost thing.

I knew they were going to so something with 3D glasses.  That did not surprise me but it is kind of funny to now see it.

Good I just want to see what the Naboo fighter will look like.  I am hoping it's not a straight repack of the 99 version.  I mainly want one since my son trashed it when he was younger.  Yeah, I see they are going to trickle out carded figures to.  Galactichunter has some images of a vintage carded Queen Amidaala and everyone's favorite podracer.....Ben Quadrinaros!!!  I am sure the haters are going to be stoked to see his carded image.  You are in for a treat :)  LOL!

I like most of the vintage figures shown.  I am hoping the make a grey Death Squad Commander figure someday and preferably on a vintage cardback.  I like about anything with a vintage cardback so I'm in for Luke Hoth, Deleted Scenes figures, and even Maul, Kenobi, and Jinn on the TPM vintage cardback style.  Of coure Kithaba and the others are nice to look forward to.

I am kind of surprised they did not show off their Naboo fighter.  I want to see what it looks like.  I was sort of hoping, wishing, dreaming they would make an all new podracer of some other character.  Obviously they need to focus on Sebulba and Anakin,  I am kind of shocked they did not throw in the figures as a pack-in though.

The light up figures are something my oldest kid will go for.  I don't mind those.  They look better than those Power of the Force versions.  Although I always like the Emperor figure with the Force Bolts light up feature.

I'd like to get that Dewback.  The Royal Starship Droics 4 pack is pretty cool IMO.  I may get that for the hell of it.

He is a nice figure.  And who knows?  Maybe with the release of the TPM in the theaters I may actually be able to find a couple of them at retail!

One of the main reason Jocasta does not do as well on this website is because MOST of the members here prefer the OT over the PT.  I don't get that same vibe over at say Rebelscum.  I can see why she gets more votes than Doallyn and Torryn Farr and the others.  The main reason is she actually gets a featured scene with a main character Kenobi.  She's just intriguing enough to get more votes than simple background characters.  I was actually happy to see her in the CW episode.  I think a Clawdite takes her form and we wind up seeing her in some action.  LOL!  She's got that episode going for her along with those that watch the CW.   All of that together bumps her up just that much higher than the others like Sim Aloo, Nikto, Doallyn, Lars, etc.  I really don't think there is that much tampering or conspiracy going on with the votes.  She's just more recognizable then what people might think.

I really love both figures.  I could never really understand the pegwarming.  I guess because he is just a background character.  Oh well.

Those are nice figures, but I am with some other here.  I hope they make at least one with a trench coat someday.

If Lucas wants to keep tinkering with the old movies, why not just do a modern reboot with Zac Efron or whoever's popular with the teen girls these days.

No, no, no.  Zac Efron was soooooooo yesterday.  Justin Bieber is the only way to go now :)

I will still be buying up the Blu-Rays.  The "Vader No" scene has actually grown on me a bit the past few days.  Besides I have the unaltered ones on DVD from the "extras" during the last release.  Which buy the way I watched over the weekend to see Greedo shoot first and the Death Stars blow up without halos.  I had forgotten about the brown cloud under Luke's Landspeeder.  Fun stuff.  I don't know why Lucas just does not add that into the Blu-Ray extras?  Oh well.

I know.  I know.  Burn me at the stake for lining Lucas' pockets...blah...blah...blah.  I probably will go for the Target Lithograph. If nothing else the Complete Saga is the cheapest I have seen so far at $80.

Well some people are expressing that very notion of buying it or not.  They are telling you why.  All the changes have never gotten me so worked up that I would state comments like "George Lucas raped my childhood!!!"  A few have upset me though primarily Han shooting first.  I'm not thrilled with the new Vader"No's".  In fact I don't care for them at all but it does not ruin Star Wars....for me!  However, it would be nice to just get a nice updated transfer of the OT to the Blu-Ray, DVDs, whatever format comes in the future for the OT fans that have supported the franchise throughout all the years.   Yeah, I do take it as bit of middle finger by Lucas instead of updating his art.  What does it hurt if the originals are out there?  I don't get his logic on that angle.
