Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Welcome to the Jungle Gn'R Fan Club

Nothing new, but some cool videos I found on YouTube:

GNR November Rain circa 1993 (toned down version)

New GNR November Rain circa 2006

While I don't care that Axl is playing old GNR songs, Slash is also GNR and the two songs that are pure Slash are Sweet Child and November Rain, IMO.  To hear Robin and Bumblefoot play Slash's parts on November Rain (not that well either), is just blasphemy.

Here's hoping the RR HoF bring them back together.  If nothing else will.

I tried the game at Best Buy.  It's really silly if you already know how to play guitar.  In fact, it seems very counter-intuitive if you already know how to play guitar.  Witness me trying to play "Surrender" by Cheap Trick on Guitar Hero, a song I've jammed on numerous times.  Hell, I've even been paid to play that song.  But can I play it on this stoopid game?  Of course not.

Feh.  I'll stick to playing for actual audiences in bars and clubs...not in my living room.

As much as it pains me to say this, it has to be said:

Meh.

My same reaction to the 360 and their countless shooters.

Meh.

It's all subjective.

"The" reason?  As in, the only reason?  The fact that there ain't **** to play on it doesn't count?

That used to be true (about six months ago).  There is more than plenty of exclusive games now and coming out in the next few months.  Warhawk, Sword, and as of today, Uncharted, are all worth playing.

Betcha that coupon works just as well on the XBox 360. . .

Sure, but everyone always complains about the price of the PS3 as the reason not to buy one.  $399 for a 80GB is the cheapest ever for the biggest version of the PS3.

Time for a PS3?

RUINER -

BILL posted this over on RS.

20% off coupon for Kmart this week

Don't know if you have a KMart in your area, but using the 20% off coupon on the 40GB PS3 priced at $399 will cost you $319 only.  Also, the 80GB PS3 for $499 would only be $399, the price of the 40GB PS3.

Don't forget the 40GB PS3 does not play PS2 games tho.

He's not dead guys.  From his Wiki page:

In 2007, Coulier founded Clean Guys TV, a kid-friendly comedy website featuring videos created by Coulier and submitted by fans.

The way his career is going, he might as well fall off a cliff.  But let's remember Coulier for inspiring a great song!

You Oughta Know by Alanis Morissette
I want you to know, that I'm happy for you
I wish nothing but the best for you both
An older version of me
Is she perverted like me
Would she go down on you in a theatre
Does she speak eloquently
And would she have your baby
I'm sure she'd make a really excellent mother

Cause the love that you gave that we made wasn't able
To make it enough for you to be open wide, no
And every time you speak her name
Does she know how you told me you'd hold me
Until you died, till you died
But you're still alive

And I'm here to remind you
Of the mess you left when you went away
It's not fair to deny me
Of the cross I bear that you gave to me
You, you, you oughta know

You seem very well, things look peaceful
I'm not quite as well, I thought you should know
Did you forget about me Mr. Duplicity
I hate to bug you in the middle of dinner
It was a slap in the face how quickly I was replaced
Are you thinking of me when you **** her

Cause the love that you gave that we made wasn't able
To make it enough for you to be open wide, no
And every time you speak her name
Does she know how you told me you'd hold me
Until you died, til you died
But you're still alive

And I'm here to remind you
Of the mess you left when you went away
It's not fair to deny me
Of the cross I bear that you gave to me
You, you, you oughta know

Cause the joke that you laid on the bed that was me
And I'm not gonna fade
As soon as you close your eyes and you know it
And every time I scratch my nails down someone else's back
I hope you feel it...well can you feel it

And I'm here to remind you
Of the mess you left when you went away
It's not fair to deny me
Of the cross I bear that you gave to me
You, you, you oughta know

I went out and bought Full House: The Complete Series Collection on DVD, and went through it, like, twice.

My condolences....

I cannot stand that  show.  To this day, my wife watches whenever it comes on TV, and I simply stand up & walk out of the room.  I used to watch the show from time to time when it was on Primetime on ABC, but as I grew older, I hated the cheese of that show.  It broke down to become the Olsen Show.

The tragedy in the show that you guys speak of peeks my interest, but then I can't remember one episode dealing with that trajedy.  Everyone was so gay (the happy definition) except for the predicatable "noe care about me..." misunderstanding.  Before reading this, I couldn't have even told you what happened to the mother.  All I remember are some of the fakest characters ever on TV.  It was a family-friendly show, but should have come with a warning label for all the cheese layered on top of it.

There should also be a DCPI number for the new grey/white version of the TIE Bomber, a Target exclusive.

You guys are slacking -- I can't believe none of you have mentioned Natalie Portman's nude scene in Hotel Chevalier that's all over the place........... :P

Just shows her butt....I'm not a butt guy so..... :P

Besides, I don't want the wrath of Anakin!

Since it is a Target exclusive, there is a good chance some of us can wait for it to go on clearance.  The other two high-priced Target exclusives I remember recently (Snowspeeder and Imperial Shuttle) went on clearance in my area for a couple of weeks.  There was plenty to be found, and were marked down $20 for the Shuttle, and $5-10 for the snowspeder.

I like the set, and since I only have one VTSC Snowtrooper, I'd be happy with the two additional troopers.  I've never owned (new or vintage) a Walker or driver, so that would be something completely new to me.  The kit-bashed Luke is also cool with me.  The turret, repainted VTAC Han, and two rebels are not as attractive.

You gotta watch this before you can fully appreciate the hilarity of this

Not as funny when MSN reports this joker will get his own TV gig.  I used to be a fan of reality TV, but now they will literally broadcast anything.

I don't think Brit looks as bad as most people are saying.  Even now she has a better body than 95% of adult American women.  I think she's getting undue flack because her performance was so lethargic... it was terrible.

As sad as it is, your stats are probably not wrong, BILL.  The only problem with your arguement is that the other 5% with better bodies wouldn't go into public dressed like that either.

Based on Brit's past, she probably went straight from the mall to the stage dressed like that.

"I look good, y'all!"

Disney has confirmed it is sticking with Hudgins.  Too much money lost if Disney breaks up the cast of HSM.

As for
Sara Evans:

After accusing her husband of having an affair with her nanny, her husband is now asking her to admit under oath if she had affairs with nearly a dozen people.  LINK

But back to the Top 5 Hotties all-time champ:

As Bill Maher said, "Is it possible to unmasturbate to someone?"
