Aghhhh! I hate when stores break the release dates. All it takes is one scalper to figure it out and I've already heard two guys here say that they will grab every clone pack they see.

I've been to a few Targets around the twin cities and they are all different.
- Some Targets have NO exclusives on sale (cases, TIEs, Mustafar, Clone 5-pack)
- Some Targets have EVERYTHING on sale (including the exclusives)
- Some Targets have "selected" items on sale
It's really strange. Some Targets have the Collector Cases on sale, others don't. Some have the Clone 5-packs on sale, others don't. it appears to be a totally regional random thing (probably based on sales or some other random metric).
Wow, I better check all my Targets then.

You're lucky, these aren't supposed to be on sale. None of the Target exclusives are except the TIE.

That's a factor, but I don't think the way you're thinking about it. There were roughly the same amount of Lava Vaders and Target clones (about 50K) as there are Lava Obi's and Anakins (Vader.) I think the new Lava figs are sitting because of lack of interest. My qeustion is, is it because of the figures, or a wanning interest in Target exclusives?
Then again, here in CA, I have not seen the clone 5-pack sitting on the shelf as oppsed to NC when I was there. They were at every Target I stopped at.

They were sitting in my home area of NE PA when I was there two weeks ago, but they were nowhere to be found in western NC and here in CA, everyone and their mother are grabing these two.

John, being that you and I are of like mind in our love of prog rock, I'd like to turn you onto Porcupine Tree. They are very heavy in tone and sound, but are considered to be on the fring of prog. I went to a show on a recommendation having never heard a note and was blown away.
