So now that the SAGA toys have been out for about 18 months now, which ones have been the toughest to find?
My votes go as follows:
1 - Wedding Padme
2 - Ephant Mon
3 - Acklay Beast

Brown coat Han is still coming as far as I know...
I got a loose sample last week from my friend over in Hong Kong. Pretty cool... though I try to stay away from the brown vs blue war :-*

And to a lesser extent Ephant Mon...
I've seen everything else at least twice, but most of what I listed I never saw. Only Ephant and the blonde officer did I ever see (once) at retail.
That's a pretty sad fact for an army builder and a fan's choice figure.
The Obi and Jango Deluxe are just non-existant at retail... Sad because the Obi's a great figure.

So far I have not seen four of the five above. I caught the speeders at Target way back in March and never saw again since...
All the others I never saw once on pegs or shelves anywhere. Thank the Lord for e-tailers...
Funny thing is I have seen a lot of other things at leasta few times that many are still missing (i.e. Ephant, value packs, AF Gunship wave...).

Ephant Mon never came up here ethier.
Unleashed waves. Not one figure was released here since Padmé Amidala came out! :-\
Though I did get most of the figures through trades or buying, they were still tuff to get!

I can only add to this based on what I've been actively searching for.
1.) Imperial Officers (either variant)
2.) Ephant Mon
3.) Acklay
4.) Theed Hangar Darth Maul (one that isn't damaged in some way, u couldn't imagine how many times I've found one of these and either the saber is broke, or the bubble has been torn open)

- Acklay (got through a trade... never saw in stores)
- Trash Compactor Sets (took months and a long drive to find these)

1. Ephant Mon - I never saw him in stores, and Austin only had two reports of him ever showing up.
2. Trash Compactor Sets - I never saw them. I don't even think they showed up here.
3. Deluxe Kamino Obi/Jango - They showed up once here, but I wasn't planning on buying them anyway.
4. POTJ Repack Wave - I've never seen this wave. I did see one Rebel Trooper, but that's it.
5. Wat Tambor/Padme Wedding Wave - Again, these showed up once back in July, but I haven't seen or heard from them since.

As for my list of hardest to find Saga...
1. Holiday Droids/Trash Compactor sets (tie) - lucked upon an unopened case (on a crate still) of the droids once, a minute before closing and never saw them again. Never saw the Trash sets. Traded for all 4 of mine.
2. Ephant Mon (wife found him once, picked up a couple others in trades)
3. Acklay (saw it once early on, and only once again later on)
4. Unleashed waves from Slave Leia on (never seen 'em, just traded for the Leia)
5. Last Action Fleet wave (saw them several times early on, but nothing since)
Oddly enough, the Deluxe Spider Droids and Super Battle Droid Builders were actually total peg warmers here in L.A. for a good month or two. Wish I'd known folks would be needing these, or I'd have picked up a bunch more! The two swoop bikes sat for quite a while here too when they were first released. Weird how different the VHTF stuff is in different areas of the country...

Really the only Saga items I have never seen in stores are the AF Republic Gunship, AF Slave 1 and AF Republic Assault Ship. And I still need all 3.
Other HTF items which I have seen only once in stores are:
Ephant Mon (found 4 then but was only time I saw them)
Holiday Droids (got last one on shelf)
Trash Compactor sets (got there after a fresh case was put out, never saw them again)
Wedding Padme (got the only one on the pegs)
Everything else I've seen more than once though many other items have only been spotted 2-3 times.

I have yet to find Wat Tambor and Coleman trebor. Those are the two hardest ones for me to find.

I totally forgot about that one. They were never found in my area, but my wife bought it for me as a Valentine's Day gift last year & paid $30 for it. I still think it was well worth the money though, because it's one of my favorite pieces in my collection.

Well, Dale covered our end, so maybe I should just say thanks to everyone that has helped me since the advent of the Saga line. I think the only thing I'm currently missing is Wedding Padme and maybe a couple of others, but I can't recall what's in wave 17 and I'm still hoping newforce sends that up.
Particular thanks to chuckles, OCB and JediMac for keeping me in the hobby.

Yeah, there have been quite a few of 2003 figs that I have never seen, although things have been getting better lately. Here's some that I have never seen though:
1. Holiday Droids, I never saw any sign of these whatsoever
2. Ephant Mon, ditto
3. Aayla Secura/Barriss Ofee (Thanks to some preorders shipping from Kebco lately, these are actually almost the only two figures I need to get "caught up"...I didn't get in on Kebco soon enough to get these preordered at the time)
4. Wedding Padme (My brother found the rest of this wave for me, but not this fig)
5. Acklay (saw once, trashed box and trashed figure inside as well...but it was the only time I ever saw it)
6. Trash Compactor (Saw the Leia and Chewie one twice, never saw Han and Luke, but received it from Karma...thanks!!)

Trash Compactor sets: saw only one Leia & Chewie set and bought it... Never seen the Han & Luke one. guess I'll have to go to ebay or an e-tailer.
Holiday Droids - never seen them... hopefully one day I'll own them.
Ephant Mon - actually had a lady at KB hold it and called me when it came it. The only other time I saw one, I passed on it since I had won it on another site, but the sponser never came through. Only sent the other figs it the contest.
Officer and Rebel Trooper head varients until recently.
Anakin & Dooku speeders - still don't have them and haven't ever seen them, though I've heard of recent sitings in my general area.
Kamino Deluxe Jango Fett & Obi-Wan - same as above... never seen them.
Screen Scenes Set 1 for both Geonosian War Room & Jedi Council - still never seen either. I've seen the 2nd sets of both 3 times recently.
Ashla & Jempa (Jedi Padawans) - only found them once, but thanks to JediMac, I already had them.
