Title: Dio Help
Post by: CloneCommander1 on June 18, 2006, 06:37 PM
Hi guys,
I just started on my first real dio, and I had some questions.
I made the thing out of styrofoam, and was wondering where to go from there.  I think I read somewhere to cover it in plaster paris and sand it down.  Is this the right way to go?
Thanks for the help!

well for styrofoam pieces it depends.

most people spackle them up and leave them as is for a rough look, but yes, you can also sand them down for a smooth appearence. And then Paint them of course.

I ahve a lot of Styrofoam pieces that intend to do such with, to make Tatooine buildings.

one of these days....

anyway, I hope that helps a bit.
