The shoulders on this Luke are... odd.

I thought I read something about that.  I just saw it on YouTube and it is pretty funny, but hopefully it means that they will continue this in some way as has been rumored.  I really liked this show.

Agreed.  It is too bad though, because I think the show is really good.  The writing isn't as "adult" as Resolute was, but it is a notch better than the ARAH stuff.  I love the art style too.  I have a few episodes left and I will be sad to be finished with it.

I think I'd almost want to go in the opposite direction...  Smaller figures, sort of like the MASK figure scale, and more a focus on vehicles.  They are sort of doing this with the Jedi Force line (which are pretty darn cool toys), but I am think of a more realistic aesthetic.  Figures wouldn't need SA, just focus on making them work with the vehicles.

Thought I'd bump this to mention that I noticed the availability of this show on Netfix streaming.  I can FINALLY catch up on the last few episodes I missed!

They could literally do a whole wave of different Padme costumes.

And they'd sit on store pegs for years.  ;)
Quite true!  I certainly wasn't stumping for something like this, LOL!

Maybe it's me but I am still happy with the 2004 version of Coleman. Don't get me wrong I think he would be sweet SA upgraded but I really want to see a new Plo and Saesee first. But it seems that a legless old dude and an old hag librarian are ruling the fan request lists. It's pretty funny when you think about it, out of the thousands of characters the spaced aged senior citizens are winning.

Coming in 2013:
Discover the EP2 Elderly #1: Cleigg Larrs with spring loaded hand shaking action and light up hover Lark with exciting Cleigg catch phrases!!!

Discover the EP2 Elderly #2:  Jocasta Nu with real rubbery skin and brittle bone breaking joint action!
"Geriatric Rage!!"

The Original Trilogy / Re: George Lucas: "Han Never Shot First"
« on: March 19, 2012, 11:05 AM »
Well, the script (that he wrote) just says that Han fires and kills him.  Doesn't say anything about Greedo shooting.

It's a bit funny that Lucas would even think of something being wrong, or immoral with Han shooting first.  After all, greedo pulled a gun on him, pointed it in his face, and said he was going to kill him.  (Over my dead body.  "That's the idea.")  So Han shooting first was self-defense/justifiable homicide here on Earth.  No way it could be seen any worse on a largely lawless gangster-dominated outpost like Tatooine.

Also, how is what Han did different than what Obi-Wan did a few minuted before?  Evason told Luke he was going to kill him (I'll be careful. "You'll be dead!"), then pulled a gun and pointed it at Obi-Wan (but didn't shoot), and Obi-Wan killed him and his bud.  Can anyone explain why that is okay, but the Han thing is not?

Wow.  Great point!  I have no beef with most of the 1997/2004/2011 changes, but this is one of the changes I don't agree with.

Anti-climatic.

SPOILERS ahead:

If they'd sent a task force, they could've blown them up in space. Whatever...the will of the force...my butt. They ran away.

This is exactly what I was thinking.  Why wouldn't the Republic have a cruiser just outside of detection range supporting Kenobi?    The entire council should have been there to back up Obi-Wan.  Catching Maul would be the key to unlocking the entire mystery of the Sith.  While I think there has been a lot of good stuff on this show, I feel completely 'meh' at this whole storyline.

Sigh, so much awesomeness, and then there's effing Lori.  ::)

The only sour note in the whole episode, and I am getting tired of coming back to this, but damn, LORI. WHAT THE HELL?!?! YOU basically tell Rick to murder Shane, then screw with Shane's head causing him to try and murder Rick, and then when Rick actually does what you asked, because he is forced to due to your careless meddling, you have the unbelievable audacity to get all huffy WITH HIM?!?!?

She is just a rotten person, plain and simple. I wish she would just leave and take Carol with her already. Ugh, so over those two.

Nail. On. The. Head.  For a while there I was starting to like Carol and how she was coming into her own after getting away from her ******* husband.  I had hoped she and Darrell would hook up - they seemed good for each other and brought out the best in each other.  Now she just seems like a whiney harpy.
+2.  Couldn't agree more.  I would say that 75% of Rick's speech was directed right at that beyotch.

I'll give you a prediction detail or two:

It will cost 2-3X a similarly sized model from another brand, and it will never see a sale or a price drop, it will just get updated features.

Maybe this will be a touch-screen TV and my toddler will finally get the TV to react to him touching it like the iPad does.  LOL.

What would have been awesome would be just a picture of the ship.  THAT would be a vintage call-back.
