MarvelousNews has pics up of the SDCC exclusive Invaders set, which looks kind of nifty to me.

Wow, easy pass for me.  Is that Cap any different from the regular release?  I've got no interest in Skull, Torch, or Namor.  Pretty weak for an exclusive IMO, though honestly, I'm glad that the higher priced stuff like this and Fury are items I would have skipped at regular retail anyway.

Anyone looking for a spare Shadow Guard?  I have 3 on the way and really just need one.  I'm selling them for my cost - $35 plus shipping (unless you're local).

Is this a good deal?

I think it's fair - not great.  There was a Shaak Ti for $80 BIN for several weeks, but the seller wanted $30 shipping.  That would have actually been a few bucks cheaper.  Might even still be out there if you search for it.  On the flip side, I think you'll be hard pressed to find this for $100 or less, so it's not that much more.

Wow. Dale & Jeff, sorry to hear about the mutant cases.  That really blows.  I didn't start buying complete boxes until Series 9, but the potential for a chase lured me in.  Knowing there are master cases with no rares has definitely killed the idea of ever buying a master case for me.  Frankly, I'm surprised at how many of the NCS orders seemed to have either a rare or a Gree box so far.  I'm hoping that bodes well for my S10 boxes and Fett boxes as well whenever they're released.  Anyway, good luck tracking down the rares.   :P

I think the system still favors the seller, not the buyer.  I won an auction about a month ago for what I thought was a really amazing BIN price.  I asked the seller if I could wait to pay a few days because I was interested in some more of his stuff and he said that was fine.  I didn't win anything else, so I paid him after a week.  He refused payment, saying he had already relisted the item and had a new buyer for more money. There was no communication about it to me and nothing in the auction or prior communication saying when payment had to be made.

I contacted Ebay to complain and sent him several emails asking him to honor our previous agreement, but Ebay sided with him in the end - probably because they get a bigger fee off the bigger sale price.  ******* ridiculous.

My box from NCS has been 'Out for delivery' since 4:56 AM...  The suspense is killing me!!!

My box finally arrived 13 hours after it went out for delivery and it was WELL worth the wait!!!  First box I opened had the 4-Arm Grievous chase figure!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Awesome - nice find!  How many boxes did you order?

Thanks for bringing in all extras to tonight's meeting!  I picked up a couple of books that I don't think I had and will find a good home for one-arm Leia.   ;)

How much would ranks change if the Pit didn't exist?

More importantly what would their rank be at a site dedicated to their beloved Political Slap Fights if those sites didn't have a Star Wars section...  oh wait they don't talk politics at those sites, they come here to ours instead yay. ::)

Well, think of it this way - you're giving the homeless a place to go.   ;)

Well, I would have 299 fewer posts to my total if there were no SP to chime in on.  That would move me from a securely eestablished 14th most posts to just barely holding on to 14th most posts and my rank would move from Jedi Council to uh...Jedi Council.  I can't see the world being much different either way.   :-\

What would your rank be if there had never been an Out of Context thread, Justin?  ;)

That would shockingly be even less of an impact.  No matter how you look at it, I'm way past being a lowly Jedi General.   ;)
