Wow, that looks bad beyond my wildest dreams, but I've never heard of it, and wonder if the writer has confused a tape of a really bad Turkish movie with a tape of an extremely creative Turkish home video amateur from 1980.

Still love to check it out if anyone tracks it down.  ;)

Here are some clips posted on another site. I don't think I could watch the whole thing. I felt a bit sick with all that movement and almost subliminal Star Wars clips.
urkish Star Wars - Training Scene - Part 1 (http://www.spikedhumor.com/articles/51229/Turkish_Star_Wars_Training_Scene_Part_1.html)
Turkish Star Wars - Training Scene - Part 2 (http://www.spikedhumor.com/articles/51548/Turkish_Star_Wars_Training_Scene_Part_2.html)

Speaking of which, I just downloaded the Holiday Special last night... and I'm inclined to agree.

The scenes where he jumps Power Ranger style over the camera are quite ammusing. I have no idea how those SW clips are even remotely relavent to what is going on...

We screened this at the PSWCS Summer Social one year.  It's truly terrible, on an unwatchable level.  In 5-minute incriments it's amusing how bad it is, but to sit and watch the whole thing through you'd need to be masochistic.

Come on, where else will you get SW music, Superman music, POTA music all within 5 minutes of each other in a film?
But yeah, it sucked hard. I wonder if Doc still has copies...

Nice!  I'm not sure if I'd seen that poster before.

I should rip that VHS to DVD and use that for the cover art.

Dang, this movie might have even been better than the actual Star Wars! Turkish Vader getting slapped in the face & cut in half, Turkish Lukes's sweet TMNT jumps, completely irrelevant Star Wars footage, the Superman theme, it had everything!

So I assume we can expect a sequel in '07?

I love the clips from this movie...they make me giggle like a fool. However, it can't be from 1979.  Raiders didn 't come out until 1981.
