Looks like the "Tango Neon" isn't a TIE, but a Canto Bight Police Speeder with Police Officer (http://yakfaceforums.com/main/2017/08/05/the-last-jedi-tango-neon-speeder-revealed/).
I'm spoiler free on Ep8 so far, so I have no idea why we need the police on a Casino planet... maybe there's a heist? Maybe it's just an EU "off-screen" thing?

The pilot seems reminiscent of a Cloud Car pilot crossed with a Clone Wars Mandalorian Police Officer.
Funny though, when I saw the name of this speeder I was expecting something very different. I was expecting that speeder vehicle that looked like a Star Wars version of a 1930's Duesenberg from the BTS video. Based on this imagery, I guess not!

There are a few of these speeders visible in one of the images of Canto Bight in this weeks Entertainment Weekly article.
Based on what we've heard about Canto Bight? I was kind of thinking that it could potentially play into the Han Solo movie, too. But that actually goes against this whole ethos that we've been hearing from Lucasfilm, and that's their attempts to make the Star Wars universe BIGGER, and not so neatly tied together.

I'm sure that's right. Canto Bight might be the Monaco Casino whereas Han would be in some shady alleyway Hutt casino.

I've been biding my time on picking this up and finally pulled the trigger when it hit $16.41 on Amazon.com (http://amzn.to/2z4zXxU) this morning.

The Police Speeder is down to just $13.29 on Amazon.com (http://amzn.to/2z4zXxU) this morning - crazy. Starting to feel like I overpaid at $16. :P
