Long time lurker here, saying thanks to everyone who has contributed to this board and the main Attack of the Kubricks forum.
Thought I would share some goodness - here is an e-mail I received from Blister Direct on the 400% kubricks:

Thank you for contacting to Blister.
We have not found out the certain sales date. They are supposed to be arriving in Tokyo on the  20th so the earliest day the store have them will be the 22nd/23rd.
You can contact to the store directly around the date to find out. 03-6415-3106
