I believe the reason the droids figures are now costing a lot more is because more and more collectors are completing their loose star wars figures and now want to collect the droids and ewoks figures. As there are far fewer droids and ewok figures available it has driven the prices way up and i cant see them droping to anywhere near the low prices they were a few years ago.

I was just checking out the completed auctions, a loose 3PO goes for some big $$$.

A good way to get a cheap one is to buy one with a missing limb and replace it with a painted limb from a regular c3po. I have seen them go for less that £30 with a missing arm.

I am currently collecting vintage card backs of all description. I am after all cardbacks any condition considered. Paticually foriegn card backs.

Hi this is my first post on this board. Some of you may recognise me from another board.
I am from england and collect vintage star wars figures.
I have a large collection of loose figures + a few protypes and a few carded figures etc...
