Well, thanks to Friday night's activities, I'll be without the services of Jermaine O'Neal for about a third of the season :).  Oh well, glad I picked up K-Mart at the PF position as well.  And, it could be worse, I could have drafted Ron Artest (sorry jaws, I believe).  None of us could have imagined this was going to happen though.  Certainly an interesting year, Pacers could have a tough time here for awhile.

Count me in as one of those who is greatly affected by the suspension. Stephen Jackson is on my team. Dumb bastage.  >:(

I'm loving my team, glad to have picked up Juwan Howard too who's having a nice year so far with the Mavs. :)

My suspension came and went before I even saw the video: Chauncy Billups.

Not sure what's going on with my team right now, as a group they're kind of dogging it :-\

To the top!  I was a little leery of trading Dirk for Duncan but I think its helped both Simon and my teams out.  I like how this is set up, perhaps we'll do the same for baseball this year

Looks like I should have stuck to football.

I still don't even really understand how to manage my team to make sure I'm maximizing each guy's playing time and getting the most out of everyone...

Uh, dumb question, but what rank is more relevant?  O-rank or the preceding week's rank?

Ok, thanks.  I've had a few guys that are sort of dogging it and made a couple of moves, but wasn't sure how good those moves were.  Essentially they all matter, but O-rank is overall for the most part.

My team is like our weather, a yo-yo.

Well, I've made some line-up changes this week and am now thrilled to see that I've moved up into a slim lead for 8th place.

If by some miracle my team can finish 6th or better, I'll consider this effort a resounding sucess.

O-Rank is a Yahoo arbitrary ranking based on this year and prior years stats

Rank is actual rank and I usually look a Season Rank as a factor in who I bench and pick up with little regard to O-Rank

It appears that I got my facts a little backwards there.  Listen to Scott.

Hard to stay attentive to this league, given the number of games.  Hadn't checked in of late to see what was up, so apologies to those that proposed trades if I took a long time in responding.

But since I looked and I'm at #1 right now, I thought it best to bump it up before I drop out of that position.  My players are performing quite well at the moment:

 PG C. Billups (Det - PG) 24
 SG K. Bryant (LAL - SG)  10
 SF S. Marion (Pho - F,SF) 1
 PF A. Stoudemire (Pho - FC,PF) 16
 C  P. Brown (NO - FC,PF)   46
 Util Q. Richardson (Pho - GF,SG) 6
 Util D. Gooden (Cle - F,PF)  33

those are my current season ranks after the players, my entire starting rotation in the top 50 (for the moment).  My biggest disappointment right now is Cuttino Mobley.  Most pleasant surprise is Phoenix.
