Title: More than one commander Fox?

I checked out the sith snapshots at starwars.com and it looked like more than one Fox? Can anyone explain this?

I think we've concluded that that helmet is used by various other clone troopers, including one medic glimpsed in the Utapau battle.

As far as I know only once source called him "Commander" Fox, and I think he's since been downgraded to a lower rank.

The details are still a bit sketchy though....

In insider #84 it says Sargeant Fox is the 501st stormie who tells Bail to scram at the Jedi Temple.

I noticed more than one Baccarra on Mygeeto, and two Neyos.

AI am guessinbg the neyo that recieved the order is the Commander and the other is his trooper sorta like shock troops and Thire.As far as The 3 bacaras(there is one behind the rock)  I am hinking thats a group of officers.

Aren't those armor sets for the newer ARC style troopers? It just so happens that the better troops get promoted? I doubt they would make a new helmet for just one man, a clone no less? ???
