This is by no means absolutely absolutely complete...I've tried to include people with Speaking Lines, all the droids, and characters people have asked for repeatedly over the years. Feel free to add more to the list and I can add them to the above master. (One I see is General McQuarrie who is rumored for later this year)
What surprises me is that there really is not a lot left to do...Imperial Officers, lots of them
What also stands out is that I know lots of people want Resculpts from ESB

TC-14 is a perfect E-3PO for me.
That list looks just about perfect, but I have no need for Lee Phenets. I would love the #11 Bridge Tech, which would also stand in for that awful repack of the scanning tech, which without looking at a pic at least works in my mind. Probably more than any others on the list, the idea for a 5 pack of Snowspeeder Pilots and Toryn Farr would be enough for me for one year, though the last 3 (Luke, Leia & Lando) - the 3 L's, need to be made.

What, no pics of Treat Williams as Jess Allashane, Echo Base Trooper/Jerrol Blendin, Cloud City Trooper? ;D And how about the Rebel Trooper who tells Han that his tauntaun will freeze before he gets to the first marker?

I'd add a Hoth Rebel Technician to the list Scott... Maybe the guy with the big mustache that yells "Come On!" too since he never got a figure and yet has a line...
Good lists there though. There's lots of Bespin Civies I'd actually like having figures of, ICMG included of course. One in particular walks past the crew I believe with big billowy sleeves and a brown vest or something. Cool looking character I thought.
K-3PO "clean" isn't done yet either...

In that case, i think ESB is the weakes tof the movies in regards figures left to be made. I struggled making that top 10 list becuase for the most part i don't really want them. If i was forced to choose that is what i would come up with. I think the one i really want is the Luke in medical robes. I could take or leave Willrow (i support it because i feel the same pain in regards to my want for Yarna). Overall, most figures left fromt his movie relly don't interest me.

Yeah I'll add Treat as the Bespin Guard and the Tauntaun Rebel Tech...the first marker guy is basically an Echo Base trooper like Cal Alder, no? I'm not adding K-3PO Jesse, maybe the mustachioed Hoth Rebel. And there tons of Bespin civilians...I just picked the ones that I have seen that other people want

cant say i agree with you there. i would rather have hasbro make solid characters into figures, and by solid i mean ones that actually did something besides look up and start running. i would take a guard but if hasbro started making random civilians instead of making key characters into toys id be pretty mad.

Ah, wonderful pic. Thanks for showing that. I'd love to see such boring figures made, we just don't get enough ladies made ever in my opinion... Talk about some obscure characters too. I wish they had added in some sort of alien there in that shot too. Bespin could have used a Twi'lek or a Gran or something.
As for background characters, I love 'em. Just a little boring but they really flesh out dioramas. Maybe they could just make a few sets as online exclusives or something, charge out the whazoo for them, and those that do want them could shell out the cash.

There is indeed not much left to do here - and thanks for acknowledging the truth about some of those "Decipher" figures - there are TONS of photoshopped images from those cards that people are asking for as figures - let's get through the ones that you can actually see on screen first.
And with the lack of a Cantina, Palace or similar scene, coupled with the fact that for much of the movie the main characters are isolated either on the MF or Dagobah - there just isn't the charater selection left from ESB that there is from the other five movies.
As for E-3P0 - he's sort of a pewter color and therefore could definitely be done new - TC-14 does, however, work as U-3P0 from the beginning of ANH.
Will look forward to the wish list thread next week!

Great lineups Scott, I'd be in for those as well. I was just thinking about this last night while watching some of ESB on Spike. They are really starting to round on ESB pretty nicely, and if we got the "ultimate" versions of figures like Bespin Han, Hoth Luke, and Hoth Leia - and fill out the waves with the figures you mentioned, that would be about perfect.

With 2010 being the 30th Anniversary of the Empire Strikes Back, it sounds like there should be a fairly significant focus on that movie. Hasbro even said they have a lot in store, so hopefully that will hold true. Anyways, with the anniversary on the horizon, what would you like to see made next year? I think we could/should expect at least two waves of figures, and a few extra surprises. I was just reading through some of the Q and A's from this last round, and the Imperial Shipyards QnA had a confirmation of a new Taun Taun on the way next year. Couple that in with the new Snowspeeder, and things are off to a pretty good start to me. I'm sure there could be some nice battle packs as well, depending on what the makeup of those are going into next year. Although this wouldn't ever happen, something I would like to see is a re-release/redeco of the vintage Dagobah playset. There really isn't a place for it in the current line, especially with the apparent failures of the Sarlacc/Lars sets, but I always thought that was a cool set and wouldn't mind seeing it out there again.

I do not see the Taun-Taun being a mail away, if they invest in new tooling Hasbro is not going to give it away for. I see it as a Wal-Mart follow up to the sure fire hit Dewback. (I like the Assortment idea of Han and Luke.) I have enough Hoth Han's though, but I would be able to get rid of one I suppose.
ESB is my favorite SW flick so all of the proposed stuff I would preorder multiples of. A new AT-AT would be sweet! Just slap some legs on the Turbo Tank and you can see what it could be. Han Bespin and Luke Hoth are my most anticipated figure resculpts I am waiting for.

Love Scott's lists except for the R2-D2. Isn't that basically another VOTC R2 rerelease? I'd say drop R2 and put in both Dak and Wedge, rather than do a running change. Love the idea of getting new Snowspeeders and Cloud Cars in the $25 vehicle line, they're both way overdue. How about instead of TRU getting a crappy $50 hut with old POTF2 figures we get a set with a new Wampa, new Tauntaun with a new SA Hoth Luke and a repack Hoth Han? I'd pay $40-50 for that.

Scott, as always great work on keeping track of everything. In the interest of accuracy (to show Hasbro the light) it should be noted that Hobbie has not been made as a Snowspeeder Pilot, but Janson has in the TLC Evolutions Rebel Pilot #1 set. Hobbie was made as an X-Wing pilot in the comic pack (along with the jacked Baron Fel) with the head wrap (inaccurate of course and disappointing as well). Thought you'd want to know.
As an aside, I just noticed that the picture used for the 3rd human Bespin Guard (from the vintage cardback) looks awfully close to Billy Mays. Apparently Oxi-Clean came from Cloud City, who knew...

I'd like to see that too. If they could even modify the VTSC Hoth Han (similar to the upcoming Dewback's Sandtrooper) with hips that allow him to sit on the new and improved Taun Taun, that would be great. I really hope we get the all-new Hoth Luke (and Bespin Han) in these waves next year, so hopefully Han/Luke could be included. That would justify the higher price (if this was $30 like the Dewback is going to be). I didn't mind the old Saga Ultra Wampa, but that figure could likely be improved a bit as well. Like it was mentioned, it would make for a nice battle pack. I would like to get at least a couple of Taun Tauns though, and hope I don't have to buy multiple large battle packs to get them.

I've got to agree about Hobbie being questionable. The version of Hobbie that we have is in X-Wing gear, and not Snowspeeder gear.
I would also add an Echo base ground crewman to the list, like Corman Quien (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Corman_Quien)
