6" Black Series Store Finds and Recent Purchases

Received the Republic Droid and five Figrin D’ans from Amazon last night. Just need Nalan to complete the set.

Whew, expensive evening with all the preorders. Think I got everything, which was like 4 new figures plus the Credit Collection stuff. (Minus Ahsoka) just happy nothing sold out!

Just preordered Credit Collection Ahsoka from Target…no issues thankfully.

Got Teeka from Target.com, and got Reva from EE. That just leaves Obi Wan from that wave that I still need.

Picked up a Saw Gerrera at Target tonight.  Apparently these have been out locally for a few weeks, but my Amazon pre-order still says delivery in February 2023, which I quickly cancelled after grabbing one off the Target pegs. 

I think this is the first Star Wars toy I've bought in the store in a couple of years.  It felt kind of old timey and nice.

I’m not really a 6” collector, but after seeing Saw and Teeka at Target today I was tempered to pick them up. This line always looks good, I just never wanted to dive in at another scale so close to 3 3/4” and rebuy a bunch of figure I already had. (Irony these days is that TBS gets all the new stuff first.)

That being said, what on earth is going on with Target having unique SKUs for every TBS and TVC figure these days? I feel like Lando is about to have some company at Target with Saw, Teeka, and 3 3/4” Migs…

This past week I saw fresh cases of the newest wave with Reva and the 5th Brother at Walmart. Was finally able to pick up the Kenobi I was missing from this wave. Felt weird buying something in an actual store.

I picked up the OWK version of Vader last weekend.  It looks fantastic, as most modern Darth Vader's do.  But I find myself clamoring less and less to find new TBS figure and buy them immediately.

That being said, what on earth is going on with Target having unique SKUs for every TBS and TVC figure these days?

I assume you mean DPCI.  I think they have been assigning a unique DPCI for their recent exclusives while the mainline figures fall in to another single DPCI.

The new TBS wave with OWK Obi-Wan, Darth Vader, the Fifth Brother, etc are showing up in Best Buy stores.

I also found that wave in Walmart and bought the Obi-Wan.

Picked up two more Merricks for $7.49 each at Target this morning. Gonna make some generic pilots.

Picked up two more Galen Ersos for $6.89 each at Target. They had the newest 6” wave out too but I got all those.

Wonder when they will get around to clearancing Teeka…

Received my DROIDS Boba Fett from Target on Saturday and the Mando Kreis set yesterday. Saw them both in store over the weekend too. (Endcap display) really like both items.

It still kills me that this Mando/Grogu set is $39.

Picked up Black Krrsantan from Amazon for $24.88, glad I held out and canceled my GameStop preorder.
