I think it's the same one, just up for preorder at a different site.

Nope, they are different. The last one was TBOBF Fett and this one is Boba Fett (Morak) from Mandalorian Season 2 Ep 9.
(And, I suppose they can still milk us for another $26+ deluxe figure when they offer the Tython unarmored Boba Fett from The Mandalorian - #BobaFettTax :P)
$26+ is crazy expensive since this new one looks like it's re-using some of the parts of the other one (main difference is in the legs/below the waist). I hope the new Morak Fett includes something better than a couple busted up Stormtrooper helmets...
