Most of the links back in the day are dead so hard to say. It was released at the Kyoto National Museum plus was an online internet exclusive, maybe done the same as the other carded Kuby's. It was released in 2003 so that might be a guess on how many were made but... :-\

I have seen a couple of auctions that mention that the carded Darth is about 200-250. kubricka mentions Boba Fett Sandtrooper Darth Vader
