How much store credit do they even give for the PS2?  I've also got the old fat one.  Not sure if that matters or not.

$35 for the fat one and $40 for slim.  There's also a $20 bonus promo going on until 8/10.  Bonus not added yet.

It hasn't yet been announced how these are going to be sold. I'm hoping pre-order through their site, then you just walk up with your printout for the order and pick it up.

They will be handing out tickets which have a code that will allow you to order them online.
