Real Audio clip.

I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars. It's a little long.

That's too funny Josh!  But folks have to see the original clip with the kid to really appreciate this one that parodies it...   ;D

Care to dig that old link up?   :-*

I figured you'd all have it bookmarked by now (is there a living soul that hasn't seen this clip yet??)

Either way...here's a weird site with both videos...and some other funny stuff too.

That's so funny that I wind up in tears from laughing so hard every time I watch it!

I shouldn't talk though, since I probably looked pretty damned similar to that when I first gave my Master Replicas Anakin FX lightsaber a whirl outside in the yard at night!   :-[  I'm sure Jim looked about the same in front of his bedroom mirror when he took out the overhead ceiling light too!   ;D   :P

Anakin Skywalker FX Lightsaber for $89!!! (http://www.jedidefender.com/yabbse/index.php?board=12;action=display;threadid=1082;start=msg12860#msg12860)

My wife and I just watched those and got a very good laugh out of it.

And no, I hardly looked like that in my bedroom when I broke the light. Had I been pulling the moves that kid was doing, I would have trashed our entire bedroom and probably took out my wife in the process.  :P

Hey, at least he's getting his 15 minutes of fame. Maybe not for something he WANTS to be famous for, but just the same.  ;D

i think every boy around his age has done something like that...i am quite sure i did. the only time i laughed was when he almost fell. I wasnt laughing at him though...well ya i was

the mock one was just stupid...the sad part is, that kid has a better chance of getting girls then the guy who was mocking him

Oh dear.  I'm not sure if it'd be very nice of me to laugh at that clip, but it sure as hell is funny!   ;D  Think George would give the strapping young lad an audition for a generic Jedi role in Episode 3?  Wouldn't that be just the perfect way for the poor kid to get even at all of us Star Wars fans who have laughed our butts off at him?!   :P

And just think, Hasbro could even make an action figure out of him which you know we'd all buy.  THEN who would be laughing?   :o

Now that would be unbelievable.  Of course, after all the verbal fanboy lashings that this poor kid's had to suffer through over the past year (mostly unbeknownst to him hopefully), could there be a more perfect form of payback?  I doubt it!  I'm sure the portly young fella will be laughing his a$$ off when we're all standing in line at conventions, ready to hand over $10 or $20 for his autograph just because he appeared in Episode 3!  Just think about it, his very picture may be adorning some of your walls in just a couple of years.   :-\

I think Lucas should let all of us wanna-be jedi send in our photos so a few REAL FANS can be extras in the film. ;D

Jeez. I think I'll film myself doing stupid s*** with a golf ball retriever and put it on the Internet and suck up all the fame, because I'm an attention whore. He doesn't want his life back, he (or his parents) want money.

To Mr. Lucas: Don't cast this fat little f***. I'll be in Episode III for free, provided you fly me to New Zealand or wherever the hell it's being filmed.

He'd probably try if he knew what I just typed. But, I spent my money on booze, comics, and articulated plastic. I wasted the rest.

This morning, I was sitting around eating breakfast when my mom put the newspaper on the table. What is one of the stories on the front page?

"The Saga of the Star Wars Kid"  ;D

The article pretty much covers everything from the making of the video to the lawsuit. The newspaper even uploaded both the article AND the video on their website here (http://www.statesman.com/life/content/news/082203/0822starwars.html). The video is one of the inhanced versions though.

I hope he loses the lawsuit and doesn't get to be in Ep3.  If he didn't want people to see the video he should of taken the tape out of the Carmera after he filmed himself.

I like him, but a lawsuit... give me a break he will likely come out of it a bigger fool than the Tape ever made him out to be, whats he gonna do if the judge dont give him the cash for being a fool on tape and getting caught?   I know, he'll get out his trusty Golf ball retriver and cut the judges arm off with his new and improved moves.  I really don't see this going anywhere but if I was him I would be loveing the attention,  heh, if he would just embrace it,  it may open some real Doors for him.

I finally watched several of the cloned movies, very good stuff... I was most fond of the original, but the Mortal Kombat workout tape was nice too.
