I'm hoping man, but Han has a leg shackle on too which is interesting.
Anyone else flipping their wigs over the fact these have cool pack-in guns instead of the lame ass stuff we'd been getting? If any given one of the 2-packs we've gotten since TFA were like this I'd have bought them all.
Anxious to have these in my collection! Han rocking the Imperial officer duds with Veers armor is interesting.

Gotta say I'm shocked more people aren't talking about how nice these look. 5POA sure, but the results are so superior to what we had been getting I feel actually excited to own both these. :-\

Yeah, these are all incredible. I'm really high on the Solo stuff and hope there's more in the pipeline as far as the other characters we've seen and some of Qi'ra's other looks, which are all cool and more interesting than this early one.

I think the figures look good, I'm just not hyped on this movie, mostly because I'm skeptical of having someone not named Harrison Ford portray Han Solo. Hopefully it works... it's just a tough sell for me.

The more I see, the more I'm liking these. And looking at the big accessories? I think someone at Hasbro may have actually paid attention to some collector feedback, because those large blasters look really cool compared with some of what we've seen since 2015.

I can find uses for those easily in any diorama or whatever, even if they're not film things. I'm kinda hoping they're in the movies though. I really was impressed that they did seem to heed some collector griping there though, and while keeping the sentiment of big firing cannons, made them at least "fit in" and not look so silly. Now if they'd only do something similarly clever for Deluxe figures, if those continue in some fashion.

Occurs to me now seeing the new trailer, that may not be Chewie with Muddy Han. Probably is, but is skinner than Chewie seems to be otherwise and we know there's another Wookie in that scene now.

Is it me, or does Han's look in the muddy 2-pack look as if he was one of the Mudtroopers? The chest armor certainly looks like that.

I think he is. Mudtrooper might be my favorite new variant. Very cool.

I assumed Han was an AT-AT commander at some point, so they could work AT-AT's in the movie.

I notice he and Whewbacca the Cookiee are in chains too. Love the big cannons they have. It’s amazing how an accessory you can actually use and appreciate changes the dynamic of these sets. I’m wondering if Han doesn’t save Chewie from enslavement and wind up in chains alongside him.

Han in chains? The word "insubordination" comes to mind for me when I think of Han Solo in the context of the Imperial military.
I was kind of surprised to see the set with Rose, BB-8 and BB-9E being carried forward in the new packaging. And finally that Qui-Gon and Maul set has turned up. A friend of mine also managed to pick up the Lando and Kessel guard 2-pack yesterday.
But I'm really wondering about the muddy Han Solo set and if it's going to be widely available? Distribution for this segment of the line has been weak.

I spotted wave 1 at a store that doesn’t seem to be honoring street dates. I found the carry forward set with Rose and the BB units and the Qui-Gon Jinn & Darth Maul 2-pack. But Lando seems to be too smooth to stick around...

I picked up the Lando/Kessel Guard 2 pack and it is by far the best 2 pack they have done in this format. For 5 poa figures, these two stand out as really good looking sculpts. The cannon is really neat and a callback to the Kenner days. Along with the guard's staff being able to slot into his backpack, there is a lot of play value here. The only drawback from the set is Lando's holster sucks ass! It isn't a holster, just two rings sticking out of his leg to hold his gun. They would have been better off not including it, it's an eyesore, i just might cut them off. Other than, it's a great set and worth getting.

It's outstanding. Really looking forward to the other Solo sets. Also re: Lando's blaster - appears to be missing the extension the six inch version has. Unless I'm seeing that wrong.

Here's another TRU Exclusive (found in Canada) that will need to find a new home here in the USA - C-3PO and R2-D2. Looks like they are 'dirty' repaints of the figures released in the TLJ 5POA line...

It lacks the 2-pack assortment number and only has an item number (E4590) in the upper left corner so it's very likely not part of the regular 2-pack assortment.

Curious there were no new two packs announced beyond these. There are still a few Solo figs unslotted from the ones Yakface discovered - the Patrol Trooper, Mudtrooper and Vos. I imagine they're all singles, though Vos could conceivably go with an alternate Qira. Hopefully the 2 packs continue.

Adam Pawlus has been dropping plenty of hints on his twitter feed (https://twitter.com/Adam16bit/status/1020686079228350464) that some of the other "homeless" TRU exclusives may end up at EE. I would not be surprised to see the TRU C-3PO and R2-D2 set end up at EE seeing how they love to grab up 3.75" stuff like that.

Adam actually got up AT THE HASBRO panel during the Q&A segment and "asked" about the TLJ 5-pack, and spilled the beans that EE was going to offer it yesterday starting at 2 PM PT. It was actually one of the funnier points during the Hasbro panel.

Doing some browsing and I noticed the Rose, BB-8, BB-9E set (https://amzn.to/2JOWyTM) is a $5 add-on at Amazon. I dropped a couple in my cart at that price just for the BB unit fodder for customs...

Thanks for the tip Jeff. I wanted the Art of Solo book but I’m cheap so I waited and it’s down to $25 now and so I threw that Rose set in and ordered.

I gave up on trying the find the Han/Chewie & Rebolt/Hound 2-packs and just ordered them off of WalMart.com - I used the SKUs posted on Yakface to enter them in Brickseek and then from Brickseek clicked the "View on WalMart.com" link that came up. I was shocked these were just sitting there in-stock and ready to ship.

Really? That's strange. That wave showed up in quantity at WM near me, but then they're so inconsistent with other segments of the line like TVC and the 6" Black Series that this doesn't surprise me.

Glad you were able to score them Jeff. I'm in the same boat now - got my Vintage TIEs the other day so there's very little need for me to go into a WalMart at the moment.

Yes, they are ANH repaint versions of the TLJ Force Link 1.0 basic figures. Dirty deco and silver leg on 3PO. There are good comparison pics in this Rebelscum gallery (http://www.rebelscum.com/C-3PO-R2-D2-Solo-Star-Wars-Universe-Two-Pack-Hasbro.asp).

I got some of the Kessel dude and Lando for that. Oddly I couldn’t get the Rose set for the BFG... go figure she outsold Lando. 🤷♂️ And the Kessel guy is even an army builder. The other 2-packs dried up here at full price it seemed. I’d probably take all I could find for $4 just for the cannons.

Sounds like a decent deal. I've been trying to pick up more of the Lando 2-packs to army build the Kessel Guards. The HTS storefront on eBay is still up and running, BTW. And I was able to get the Lando & Kessel Guard 2-pack there for $7.50. I also picked up another TLJ entertainment 4-pack ($10) and got free shipping.
If I can find 2-packs for $4? I'm definitely going to pick up some more.

I wound up with the Rose/BBs, Lando/Guard, and Qui-Gon/Maul for $4 each. Most impressed with Maul, he was one well-accessorized figure that had gone under my radar.
Also got Solo Landspeeder for $7. Cleaned out my Wal*Mart clearance section well...the only thing left was the Smallest Falcon. Couldn't justify it. :P

I picked up 3 more of the Lando & Kessel Guard sets, a Mimban Han Solo & Chewbacca and a Rey & Praetorian Guard for $4 each. I'm hoping to find a Rebolt & Corellian Hound, too, but I've only seen those at full price recently (at Target). If anyone wants to trade for that set, LMK.

While checking some things at EE today, I noticed that the status of the former TRU exclusive C3PO/R2D2 2-pack has been changed to Cancelled.
I'll be a bit disappointed if the status change is true - I didn't really need another 5POA C3PO or R2D2 figure but it's a sad omen for EE's ability to rescue things from the scrap heap in the future. Also makes me wonder if the variant A-Wing (https://www.entertainmentearth.com/product/HSE2265?id=JE-405087801) is going to end up cancelled too?

The R2 is pretty nice for a repaint too. Makes a nice Tatooine specific R2. 3po blows to be honest but I have a hard time liking any without vac metal.

While it slipped through EE's fingers, the Threepio/Artoo pack has been on Amazon for $14.99. I have been hemming and hawing about pulling the trigger for a month now.
And now I am even more undecided. The window may be closing, but Jesse confirms the nonvac Threepio is turdtastic...

I just don’t like the dull look and other little stuff bugs me but to me R2 was worth the set... BAD and Tatooine specific. 3PO just is there. I like the old pull apart 3po from potf2 FF that had the same dirty look to it and I think a restraining bolt too.

I paid almost $25 for one a few months ago... I was so sure you'd all be finding him at the dollar store a week later. :(

I saw Rio, Val and Mimban Han at retail at one Meijer. Was that the last wave? They still had Val last week.

The ever-sliding delivery dates on the A-wing, TLJ multipack and Clone Trooper have been frustrating, to say the least.

It hit Walmart here, and I picked up a full set except Han Mud. I got seconds at HTS then to try customizing them into better figures some day but that was all I ever saw really one and done.
