Cool movie.  Better for fans of the books that will know the characters though.  My wife missed a lot.  Fairly Phoenician, if ya know what I mean ;)

Nightcrawler was pretty cool.  I was pleasantly surprised.

My opinion is that it was indeed more enjoyable than the first.  If only they could get Rogue to stop screaming so much. ::)

It's interesting to see people's reactions to Yoda.  Mine and seemingly everyone else's is pretty similar to how I felt about Jango and Maul.  Turn the Maul figure slightly and it looks much better than the promo shots.  That saber full length is pretty cool too.

For Jango, as soon as I removed (or never put in) baby Boba, it looks really cool.  Wonder if I can customize the upcoming Obi figure to make it a rain battle?

Hey, how about an unleashed old man Kenobi ;D

In my heart of hearts though, I don't see Hasbro making it a "Jedi Master Points" exclusive--they'll only be valid with a receipt dated during a certain time frame.

Grrrrrrrrr. >:(

Hmmm.  Pictures never seem to do these justice.  I never liked the original ones that were released, as I had only seen pictures and then in package.  Not too impressed at that point.

Then I lucked into finding 3 at only $5 a piece on clearance.  Heck, I can buy ugly stuff at that price.  When I opened them up and put them on display - WOW!  Great looking pieces.

I'm sure these will be the same.  I really like the Han pose, it seems so characteristic.  Having a really small chunk of the Falcon is cool too (I presume it's the Falcon).  Yoda is interesting too.  Again, the picture doesn't do much for me, but I'm sure that once he is in my grubby little hands, I'll be most impressed.

Uh-oh was indeed correct.  Wild had a great chance on a partial breakaway during the penalty, but not to be.

Canucks get the goal with about 15 seconds left on the power play.  Cnaucks lead series 3-1 (I think).

G'night

Uh-oh, 4 minute power play for the Canucks.  Kind of a cheesy penalty, but a good call.

Well dang.  I must say I am impressed.  Either MisterPL is bloody brilliant, or excessively paranoid and reading things into scenes that aren't there.  I know not which it is.  I do assure you that two years hence, if you are correct, I'll be here bowing before you.

Regardless, an excellent description of why Mace acted the way he did on Geonosis.

Scott's right there with you.  And for reasons I totally understand.  No way I would ever cheer for the Coyotes.

Double OT is over and going to number 3 in Jersey.

After 7 seasons without an NHL franchise, I'm a Senators fan now.  Had to pick a Canuckian team.

My first computer was a MacIntosh Classic.  A stunning piece of machinery and anyone that remembers better can correct me, but I think 2 Mb or Ram and 40 Mb hard drive.  Ah, the glory days.  Still like Macs, just not much point for the same reasons as Scott.

I'm kind of in the same boat as Matt, but not in any hurry to get a new one.  Running a P II 333, 384 Mb Ram, 64 Mb Vid card, so all is still pretty good, at least for what I use it for.  Waiting for DVD burners to come down in price a bit more, and get the spin rate up.

By the time I get a new one (late fall maybe), I'm hoping for 3+ GHz, 512 Mb Ram, 60+ GHz hard drive, 128 Mb Vid card, (probably pull my soundblaster Audigy out of this one and put the old one back in), CD-RW and DVD RW, Zip and away she goes.  But the price for that needs to come down quite a bit.  What is it, 3 months for processor turnover in terms of price?  6 months should make that all quite affordable.  Monitors should be good by then too.

My wife (the boss) has a Dell laptop she loves, so probably another Dell.  It all depends on price for the same quality of components.

Carrie, I would love to help you move but my old & frail back would not allow it. That & my tennis elbow.  ;D

Uh, yeah, that's it.  Well, that and my 3 year old plans on beating the crud out of me.  (Hey Scott, is crud better than crap?  just trying to play by the rules here)
