Back in the day I for some reason loved King Kong Bundy...the way he destroyed the JYD in Wrestlemania must of had something to do with it...

That match Dale is one of the classics!

I went to a match in the old Met Center when I was around 10 which featured a steel cage match between Ricky the Dragon and the Macho Man. I knew then and there that wrestling was faker then hell and the illusions of TV were shattered. It was so obvious the matches were rigged that I never really watched after that

Captain America comic books

One of the only comics I read religiously as a kid was Captain America and in order to make up some huge trades with Brent I took possession of some of his golden oldies and She-Hulk mags.

Well a fire was rekindled probably coupled with my love of the MArvel Legends line and now I've been hunting down runs of comics on eBay. They can be had very cheaply so it shouldn't be a problem completing a set back to when I started reading (around issue 300) and I've bid on some sets back before that since they are so cheap and will provide hours of entertainment

The scary thing is while paging through some of the issues I did have is remember them almost verbatim. I must have read each issue ten times and I forgot how fun comics actullay are.

Any anger from the war department will be vented northward!

I actually prefer the cloak material that Obi-Wan Jedi Pilot or the Poncho Farmer Qui-Gon came with. This is what all Jedi robes should be made out of IMO. Why they can't use the same stuff similar to what they used in the vintage line where a skirt on a figure like Klaatu or the poncho on Leia Endor or Jedi Luke's robe were all far better than a lot of the crap Hasbro has tried

I guess I see the metal side coming out in bands such as Soundgarden and Alice who were a lot closer to the above listed bands than PJ and Nirvana were. It is sort of odd that this awlays underground sort of music made it to the point where it was adored by a lot of people (and I guess you can throw me in there as well) Load I think was the peak of that and people on both sides of the aisle started rejecting it, I thought it was a Load of crap myself
