Oh Maaaaaaaaatt!
I NEED one of these

Very cool!! Not that I need to make room for another toy line or anything, but I can't pass on an Indiana Jones doll!!
Can someone order direct from Disney? I thought people were doing that for Star Tours stuff.
-
I just have Mr Colman pick up all of my Disney stuff, he works a lot better than Disney where I think you have to call and order over the phone
-
Looks like sh!t compared to this guy:

Yeah but he's also a lot cheaper

Yeah but he's also a lot cheaper
You get what you pay for
And freedom's real high-priced
And while you're rippin' off the children
Somebody's f--kin' your wife!

And. . .
A thousand bucks?!?!
What's the real-world, non-Brian Semling price for these things?
They came out--what--five years ago, for three or four hundred?
-
No clue...I check eBay and there are none on there. Froogle also produces nothing. I'd say $600-$700 realistically

MIB $550-$600

Thanks for looking those up.
Yeah, four-five, maybe six-hundred dollars is more like it.
Gotta agree the headsculpt and likeness is almost Spooky
Had a buddy that got one when they first came out and he popped the head off and used it to make some really nice headcasts for some custom Han Solo figs.
I'd love to have one.
And somewhere out there, there's a studio photo of me with the original Kenner 12" Indy, taken when I was around six or seven at the one-and-only Olan Mills.

With the right fixins, and possibly a new head (can't make out what it looks like, b ut the other Indy toys are fairly generic I know), it may make a nice custom...
I've seen people do wonders with Hasbro 12" SW figures and a Dragon body, and a head or headcast from a decent toy line of the same actor (Like Matt mentioned the cast of Harrison's McCoy likeness).
Of course, I think you can order the parts you want that are almost as good as Toys McCoys from some of the custom "Joe" shops if you looked around... Cotswold used to have that crap I thought?

Here’s a budget alternative:
Get the crappy Disney Indy, throw out the body and head, put the clothes on a Dragon doll and use the Frontline head, that is imho even better than the toys Mcoy sculpt and you can get him with a nice resin fedora as well:

If anyone needs it painted, feel free to contact me, I’ve done about 200 resin figures and guarantee a life-like finish for a super nominal fee.
Here’s a link to Frontline:

Well I am not really digging this one, but my mother happens to be in Disney and picked one up for me anyway. She said it was expensive though, like 40.00. Way over priced.
-
$40! Holy crap that's way too spendy
There are a couple on eBay for $56...ugh
I wish I could see a better pic
-
Ugh...maybe I don't want this

First Samuel L Jackson takes over the role of Shaft, now he's bumping Harrison Ford out of Indiana Jones..?
For shame, Sam, for shame...
-
That is the craziest thing I have ever seen. :o Whats next a black Luke Skywalker ::)

I'm not really sure I get why they did that either. Perhaps Will Smith will be playing Indy in Indy IV

LMK what you guys decide. I'll try to pop into Disneyland sometime soon to see what the Indiana Jones store has available... :-*

Jared just scoped out the Indy store at D'land, and there ain't nuthin' yet! Anyone else even want one, now that Scott's out?
-
They're at Disneyworld in Orlando.... saw them when I was there last week.
I wouldn't have bought them anyway, but I'm glad I passed.
