Does anyone know an easy way to get the price stickers off of the bubbles or card without damaging it at all?

Try a product called 'GOOP'. I've found it to work well at adhesive removal and it does not damage the card or the bubble. Beyond that, sharp finger nails and patience or just leave it on. It doesn't detract from the value and if need be, just disclose it is still on when you trade (if that is intended purpose). Leave the removal issue to someone else.

Also a little hair dryer will help too. Pick up the corner with an exacto knife....be carefull not to scratch the card. Just get one corner of the sticker up and apply the hair dryer. It is a slow process but if done right it will not do any damage to the card.
I also use "GOOP" or GOO GOne...same thing. Only thing is sometimes the card will absorb the liquid and you will be able to tell cause the card gets a little darker, like it's wet, at the area where it was applied.

Remove the price tag making sure not to damage card with your finger nail, then wipe off sticky stuff with a clean rag and a little bit of Goo-Gone. When finished make sure all liguid/oil residues are wiped clean from the card.

Goo Gone. Nothing works better.
I usually let it sit on the sticker for a couple of minutes, peels off like it was never there. No scars, no residue.
As above, do cleanup the resideu.

For bubbles, peel off what you can and use a q-tip with OOPS to remove the remaining glue. Don't use a hair dryer on the bubble. It will warp.
For cards, use a blow dryer on the sticker for about 10 seconds to loosen the glue then peel. Use a q-tip with OOPS to remove any remaining glue.
