I could not agree more.  I picked up an ATT yesterday and ran back today to get another.  Sweet.  I have several TPM ones but this was is much better.  Makes me wish I coudl exchnages the old ones for the new ones.

I know exactly how you feel.  All I wanted was the snowy Chewie and my wife was actually in favor.  I carried the set around for a few minutes too but eventually took it back.  I just  could not piss away $30 for a figure.  That is something I have not done in a long time, a long time.

I just cannot believe the Darktrooper thing.  It is a kick in the balls and it will be an even bigger/stronger/bolder kick in the nads if Hasbro puts him out in his POTF2 "glory".

Same here.  I cannot justify dropping 45 on this when I can get another Shuttle for 60.  And the gunship is/was also 45 but that has more plastic and more play/display value to it.

That really depends on your definition of pretty quickly.  For the OT he is killed quickly but given that he is now introduced in ROTS, then he is around for a while giving him the opportunity to build up his reputation and foul stench.

You are right.  A few months ago when Amazon and TRU parted ways we talked about this in several threads and it was front page news as well.  I do not know the exact date but they have been separated for a while now.
