$500 on a Toy McCoy 12" Indiana Jones, which I later traded for SW props (Han ESB Blaster, ANH Vader saber). That's the most I think I've spent on a single collectible so far, but there may be a Master Replica AT AT in my near future...

The Kill Bill figures ROCK! Wish I had bought a second set, but was being a tightwad.
Can't wait to find the new KB V2 figs!!! I am very selective in my non SW purchases, I am glad to say there are no regrets(or too few to mention...)
I had bought the first 5 series of the Simpsons, and gave them to my best friend. There were just too many to keep up with, but I thought they were very cool.

There are better places to spend time. That is as nice as I can be about this subject.

I would say go for the mini busts. There are plenty that are less than $50, and pretty easy to obtain. If you shop around, there are many good deals to be found. ( But do be warned, they are addicting. ) The bust ups are neat, but the mini busts are far more impressive.
With the new versions of Vader & Yoda, you should still be able to build a nice collection over time. Not to mention that these can be displayed with permission of most wives/gilfriends.
I would rather chase the GG exclusives than Hasbro's exclusives ANY day!
