OK, see here is the problem...

Yes, there are two "time-stamped" PMs in your box.  I got that part.  But, you seem to think there is NO way anyone can "control" the draft via this method, but you are WRONG.  You do still have some influence over the interpretation of the draft order.

There are at least two distinct ways of "matching up" those lists.  The first way to do it is the way that you chose - assigning the numbers in Kev's list with the teams in Brent's list:

12 Canuckleheads
  9 EZ
  7 Minnesota Muskies
10 Dunking Wookies
11 THE PULPHORNS
  1 Dressel's Rebels
  3 Dooku's Dunkers
  2 The Famine
  5 Snagglicious
  6 vacant1s
  4 S words
  8 The Zods

Obviously, this method favors you and Kev, which is why there is some suspicion, especially when you see the second way to do it...

The second way to interpret the two "time-stamped" PMs is as follows.  You assign numbers to Morgbug's team list, and then match those numbers to the list Kev gave you.  It comes out with a WHOLE different draft order.

Brent's list =

  1 Canuckleheads
  2 EZ
  3 Minnesota Muskies
  4 Dunking Wookies
  5 THE PULPHORNS
  6 Dressel's Rebels
  7 Dooku's Dunkers
  8 The Famine
  9 Snagglicious
10 vacant1s
11 S words
12 The Zods

Then, matching to Kev's list your draft order would be:

12 The Zods
  9 Snagglicious
  7 Dooku's Dunkers
10 vacant1s
11 S words
  1 Canuckleheads
  3 Minnesota Muskies
  2 EZ
  5 THE PULPHORNS
  6 Dressel's Rebels
  4 Dunking Wookies
  8 The Famine

See, using THIS numbering schema, the draft order then becomes much different.  Instead of you and Kevin being #1-2, you are now #10 and #12

Can you see now why even though Kevin and Brent sent two "time-stamped" PMs, there is still room for some people to doubt you?

Just trying to help you understand that your "fool proof" draft order isn't as lock solid as you'd like to think and that despite the fact that you have two "time-stamped" PMs, there is still room for suspicion (regardless of whether it is warrented or not).

That leaves only Hamhuis, who I know played in the previous season.

He is on Yahoo, just not showing up for some reason...

Hopefully they will catch it before the season starts.   :-\

EDIT:  I was going to edit the thread title here after I made my post, but it looks like Jeff beat me to it!  :P

 :-*

I just got finished watching the premiere again (we taped it because we knew there'd be questions).  Wow, what a great show!  I look forward to learning about what happened on the raft and why Shannon saw Walt out in that field...

500 have been allocated to be sold in the UK and another 500 will be sold in the USA via an exclusive outlet (most likely StarWarsShop.com)!

Looks like my tipster was right...

I'm guessing they are Animated versions, figures they'd stick 2 great new figures (Saesee and Cody) in the boxes so everyone needs them.    ::)

I agree with you fellas that it'd be nice if they could at least modify the others too - new heads for Obi & Anakin and repaint the Clone to match one from the cartoon.

Lotsa rumors that the Target stuff will pop up very soon (there are a few Utapau Troopers on eBay from CA), so I thought I'd bump this for people to start hunting again...

The Gentle Giant Episode II C-3P0 mini bust that was shown at the summer conventions finally has a home. With a run of 2500 expected, the first 1500 will be available exclusively at the "Art of Star Wars Exhibition" in Singapore in November. Can't make it to Signapore? You're still in luck - 500 have been allocated to be sold in the UK and another 500 will be sold in the USA via an exclusive outlet (most likely StarWarsShop.com)!

You don't even have to post pictures, just talking about army building habits can get you hate-mail from people who want to call you a scalper or a hoarder or something.   ::)

The reason Bill listen is one of the main reasons I've held off on posting my collection room photos.  I've got some pretty sweet stuff and I don't want a lot of strangers knowing what I've got and where I've got it.  I also don't want to deal with the hassel of the "grabbers" trying to buy figures off me and such.

I've been meaning to post pictures here for quite some time, but I'm just too lazy to do it I guess...  :P

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Wal Mart Sucks
« on: September 22, 2005, 11:26 AM »
So, a friend alerted me to a new trend in Wal-Mart sales...

Wal-Mart Canada has decided to enter the, er... "marital aids" and um... "adult devices" market.

Wal-Mart sets off bad vibes

Toys and Wal-Mart?

1.  How are they going to get away with this?

2.  Will suburbia let them get away with it?

This seems like such an ass-backwards move for Wal-Mart.  I still don't get it.  They dropped Maxim (claiming it was too racy) and they dropped a Pregnant Barbie Doll (claiming it was too risque since she isn't married).  They are constantly editing Movies, Video Games, and CDs for content, but somehow they don't have a problem with selling these sorts of, um, "products"?

::)

ps.
I hate Wal-Mart.  ;)
