New lawyer. Court case set for April. Who knows?

We lost. No reason was given. I guess we didn't give the judge enough money under the table like the other side did. It doesn't help that my dad died two years ago and my mom knew nothing about the facts of the case. I believe there will be an appeal done in Los Angeles were the crime happened like it should have been done in the first place. Lawyers are leaches and most are incompetent.

That sucks man. Especially sorry to hear about your dad not getting justice. At least you still have an avenue to get it back.
