It's amazing how far CG has come.  The puny body effects (I assume it's a body swap) are just flawless.  Absolutely impressive.

Agreed.

Usually you can tell if it's CG, but this time around it looks like a 'face' double.

What the hell - don't you drive an older F-150?

Where do you live, Detroit?

How much attention would I have to give my team?

Set it once and review once a month?

Oh well I don't care if they ever play again.  Bunch of babies, all of 'em.

I will/would definitely miss football - its really the only pro sport that holds any appeal for me these days.  That said, I'm definitely soured on the players, owners, and the NFL in general with all this CB crap.  When you have players who make a minimum of several hundred thousand dollars per year and owners who are raking in hundreds of millions each season, its pretty hard to feel any compassion for either side.  ESPECIALLY given the unemployment rate, rising gas prices, a freaking catastrophy in Japan, etc.  How about everyone involved just keeps 90% of last year's pay and they funnel the remaining $5 billion into helping Japan?

Greedy bastards.

Wow, we agree on something.

I don't understand how they can feel slighted.  They bitch about health care and retirement benefits - you can't pay for that **** with your inflated salaries?!

The new clone would be 100% perfect it weren't for the legs.  They're too thin.

Wow!  Very cool looking.  How does he look compared to the other Sideshow figures?

Short.

Bought it.  Love it.

Averaged 42 mpg on the first half tank bladder.

It's not fast by any means but it gets me to work at almost half the cost.

Here's the dealio.

I have driven a base 2007 Corolla and a 2005 Grand Prix with all of the bells and whistles (leather, supercharger, moonroof, etc.) throughout my many years of long commutes to work.

The findings will not shock you.

The Corolla was good on gas (30 mpg) but was a HORRIBLE ride - the spoiler would whistle on windy days, the steering wheel was too close, seats were uncomfortable, etc.

The Grand Prix was a BLAST to drive (and comfortable) but yielded only 22mpg.  That's a sizable difference when you drive 130 miles a day and compare that number to a Prius (conservative highway mpg = 45 = 2X more efficient that the GP).

Now when you factor in $4 or even $5 (doomsayers) gas, that's a huge chunk of change (y'all have calculators).

With that said, I'm this close to pulling the trigger on an '05 Prius that is being sold at an incredibly low price considering where this market is going (think back to the summer of 08).  Yes, it has high miles (still less than 100K) but what do you think I'm going to do with it?

I've driven GM cars well north of 300K miles so I have full confidence in a car that CR continually ranked the best in terms of reliability and consumer satisfaction (pre-runaway Prius models).   :P

Yes, I know the ride will be a small step above a Corolla and the performance ('get up and go' sense of the word) will be worse, but at this point, I'm willing to trade that for an efficient means to get back and forth to work without having to get a second mortgage.
