I emailed customer service since mine didn't auto renew either. They responded saying that some older memberships didn't renew automatically. But then they processed it manually.
So contact CS and they'll put it through.

I sent them an email on the 6th and they renewed my membership. Now, 10 days later I am still waiting for the coupons. I love their products, but this is pretty lousy customer service. I just called to ask about it in person and their customer service team isn't in yet. ::)
**EDIT**
I called again and was able to get someone this time. Even though my membership went into effect on the 6th, their system didn't autogenerate codes for me. They manually processed it and sent them right over. If you don't get your codes within a few days, might be worth a call.

This is lousy? On the whole, they have the worst customer service of any company I've ever bought stuff from. Chris is great once you get him on the case, but as a whole - I feel like that company doesn't give two ***** about what their customers think.
The Veers debacle has me considering ditching them entirely.
The prices are going up... Their website is still terrible. Their automated systems never automate. The final products often look very different (or nothing like) the promotional shots... they still don't have the capability after 10 years to ship you two items at a combined rate... I could go on, but what's the point?

Yeah, I was referring to the whole process as lousy, not just the attempted call to CS.
