So starwarshop.com has the Episode 3 DVD (http://shop.starwars.com/catalog/product.xml?product_sku=SWFOXEP3DVD&rid=EMAILC00086) on sale for the low, low price of $29.98.
What the **** is with these guys? I'd have to try really hard to find a more expensive price for that DVD. Add the shipping and you're paying a premium for something that everyone is selling! ****, Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005JLXH/104-8997741-2294325?v=glance&n=130) is selling it for $15.98, and you can buy it with Batman Begins for a few dollars more than it would cost for you to buy ROTS alone at starwarsshop.
Did anyone actually buy it there?

Well, if you are in the remote Alaskan tundra, where there are no Wal-Marts, Targets, Meijers, K-Mart, Best Buys, Suncoasts, Circuit Cities, etc etc etc, then you might get it.
Or get it half price from Amazon. ::)

....And a computer with an internet connection that would ONLY connect to StarWarsshop.com? ;D

They've got to cover all the bases. :P
So you two guys out there in the tundra, Steve and Kevin, this is your deal of a lifetime!

I'm thinking if you are an assistant to Britney Spears or something, and you type Revenge of the Sith DVD at MSN (not into google yet) and then you hit the first link you find, and then "BUY". The less thinking and comparing, the better!
So, really, its just for people who can't be bothered to check prices.

Just like UK prices, nice. It's pretty much what I paid online including postage...retail is about $40 here :(

If you're the assistant to Britney Spears, you don't buy the DVD. You get George Lucas to send you a personally signed copy for free. Or at least that's what shows like "Cribs" would have you believe. I suppose celebrities do have to pay for some stuff, but it still seems (from every stupid show I've seen) like they get all kinds of free junk for no reason at all.

Well, there famous! and well...um....thats it. Besides, celebrities all belong to a secret club, and they all know each other and hang out everyday.
:P ::)

Only thing is that if you are in the Alaskan tundra- you better already have the dvd player... the disc will survive the fall to the ground from the back of the plane, most likely... the dvd player- eh, not so well...

That'd be funny if you were in the tundra and you accidentaly got the full screen edition.
D'oh!

Maybe the Star Wars store guys don't want to bother with actually having it in stock. So they put a crazy price on it, no one buys it, and they don't have to stock it.
