Some of those look nice.  Might bite... will be interesting to see the Royal Guard's pose.

I noticed the poster showed they are making a Rebels animated Obi-Wan. Could this mean a story arc could take place on Tatooine? Could we perhaps see a young Luke on the show?? That to me adds excitement to the upcoming debut of the cartoon

Is this the first time we have seen that OWK is going to be in Rebels?

I saw that too.  I wasn't aware Obi-Wan was going to be in Rebels.

Me neither, that is cool. The Jedi Temple Guard is clearly not a Rebels figure as they would have been long gone by the time that series starts, this has to be Hasbro throwing us another bone and releasing one of the Clone Wars figures they already had in production before the line was aborted (as per that rumor report) and I am super, super grateful they decided to do this.

Now, if we can just get Pong Krell and Rako Hardeen who were also on that list, I'd be over the moon.  ;D

My take upon seeing the Temple Guard and OWK was that Rebels either starts with a pretty hefty prologue set in ROTS time period or flashes back there for an episode early on. Still cool figures to see.

I like a number of choices including Gree...  I'm curious to see if they may put out a phase I cody.  This gives me hope from a custom standpoint.

Even animated style, I will get the ATDP pilot to custom up. :)

The Jedi Temple Guardian is definitely the star of this lineup for me.  Very, very cool to offer that up.  I suspect that Clone Wars characters are sneaking their way into this line simply because there's nowhere else to place them.  Same goes for Commander Gree.  I wish that the JT Guardian was in a line that wasn't limited to 5 POA, but that's another discussion.

Also interesting to see a REBELS Obi-Wan in the mix.  It pretty much says right there that he's likely to turn up in the show.  And you had to figure with the offering of the AT-DP walker that there would be a pilot, so that figure is pretty welcome, too.

YODAS NEWS has posted some loose and carded images of several REBELS and SAGA LEGENDS Basic Figures.  Some figure numbers are discernible in the carded images, while others are questionable:

___  SL01 - Stormtrooper
___  SL02 - Ezra Bridger
___  SL03 - The Inquisitor
___  SL04 - Kanan Jarrus
___  SL05 - Agent Kallus
___  SL06 - C1-10P (Chopper)
___  SL07 - Jango Fett  (EPISODE II - Attack Of The Clones)
___  SL08 - Clone Trooper (EPISODE II - Attack Of The Clones)
___  SL09 - Darth Vader  (EPISODE V - The Empire Strikes Back)
___  SL10 - Luke Skywalker (EPISODE VI - Return of The Jedi)
___  SL11 - Obi-Wan Kenobi (The Clone Wars)
___  SL12 - Snowtrooper (EPISODE V - The Empire Strikes Back)

So are Darth Vader and the Snowtrooper part of the Rebels line or not? They lack the titular branding but are apparently sourced to the movies on the cardback?

Great to see carded images though, have kinda been wondering why these haven't started popping up from the China eBay sellers yet, they have to have shipped out from the factories by now.

I think they're bundling the REBELS figures and SAGA LEGENDS together in the same line in order to minimize/simplify the number of lines that are shipping to retail.  That way the retailers are only ordering TWO 3.75" basic figures lines:  The Black Series and REBELS/SAGA LEGENDS.

Technically all of these figures are "Saga Legends". I think the carded samples for Vader and Snowtrooper are errors as they should only have the Star Wars logo at the top and not the SWR.
