Lando's capes and Skiff guard outfit

Does Lando's skiff guard outfit reside in the Falcon from SOLO - ROTJ? It appears to be on hand when he needs it.

What about the capes? Did he take those out when he lost the Falcon? Were Han and Chewie flying around the galaxy with a bunch of sweet capes the whole time? If the capes were moved out, he didnt rescue them from cloud city... and that's why he has to wear Han's clothes?   ???

It’s basically the same disguise Beckett uses on Kessel.
