Title: Does anyone know details on this unproduced Luke?

I found these photos years ago and saved them... but I have no idea what the context is.  Does this Luke exist in any small quantities or is this it?

I wish there were knockoffs of that Luke.  I'd love to have a decent looking reproduction on the shelf.

I wonder how close the body is to vintage Anakin Skywalker for a custom version to be made.

I've seen customs made using a cast (I think) of the Vintage Anakin and the ROTJ Luke headsculpt.  Been eons since I saw that though.

That looks awesome.  I would absolutely buy a custom of this.
