According to the HTF thread below, Fox has indicated that there will be a separate release of the animated series:
PLANET OF THE APES Update - SEE POST #98 FOR PRESS RELEASE & FOX ADDRESSING MEMBER QUESTIONSIf that pans out, then everything in the Ultimate set will be available separately, except for the new photo galleries and TV spots on the TV series discs, along with that freaky monkey head.
