ya i love this figure as well. Great execution of the character . I posted that link in a thread at RS where people were wanting to vote for KOTOR characters for the next fans choice. 

I was actually thinking of this one back when the clone wars group project was up, just never got around to it. I think a Clone Pilot head has the structure more so than the g.i. joe suggested.

thanks for all the comments guys. Ya i did take a part the whole rubber band thing and he is glued at the waist, but all the other articulation remained intact. I loved the working holster so i couldn't let those legs go to waste

I made a Xi Charrian. If you didn't read Labyrinth of Evil, the Xi Charrians were a race of religously motivated engineers that created many war droid designs, such as the Vulture Droids from TPM and ROTS. They actually modeled much of their designs after their own anatomy according to the book, so I tried to make it look like a organic version of the Vulture Droids, but with a bti of variation.
Anyways, here he is
