From my understanding, it was not as true to the book as Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe was.


BTW.  Went and saw The A-Team today.  Great popcorn flick!

I look at it as celebrating Star Wars collecting lore.  Besides, it's not without precedent...remember the ROTS Early Bird packs?

I'm glad this series is going to continue.  It should do better with a Christmas release.

Guess we now know how Galen could still be "alive".

I think it will work pretty well from a story stand-point.  I'm looking forward to this game.

Oddly enough...I had two Rebel Commanders and one Rebel Soldier in my collection as a kid (actually...still have them).

I like the new version, although the stance is kind of wide.  Still looks good on the Hoth Shelf in my collection though.

As with vintage Luke Pilot, this version of Luke became a generic rebel officer in my ranks.

I definitely have a lot of things packed away.  With a major reorganization going on in other parts of the house, just about all of the stuff I don't display is now residing in the attic....basically all my carded figures are up there!

My collection room is relatively unchaged, although I've moved a couple of items around, updated some figures, etc.

To be a true vintage tribute, the mail-away Boba Fett should not be carded.
