Hi everyone. I just registered over here at Jedi Defender although I have been a lurker for a long time. I like what I see over here.

Some of you may recognize me from my posts at scum. My name is really Alex and I'm not really a captain. Captain just a nickname I got when I was younger from friends who use to say I was good at organzing people and leading. It kind of stuck so I countiune to use it to this day.

My home is in Rochester, NY. There is a very active collecting base in Western NY especially in Rochester and Buffalo. For the most part the collectors that I know help one another out and try to stay one step ahead of scalpers.

I mainly collect the 3 3/4 figures, Kotobukiya's, Code 3 Posters, and the Animated Maquette's. My collecting is also focused on store displays big and small. I also like unique and different "kitchie" Star Wars items as well.

I think you guys run a good forum here and after recent events at scum I think a lot of the bad mouthing of JediDefender I have read/heard over the last year is not warrented.
