Over the weekend, this year’s Droidfactory Astromech was discovered for Disney Parks: R5-BOO19 and it features a glow-in-the-dark deco.

Thanks for the heads up, I just did the same.  I didn't realize these were out yet... I kept checking the app but didn't see it.

I'm not sure that these have shown up on the app the past couple of years.  I think most of the other 3.75" exclusives do show up, but I think the recent Halloween figures haven't.  At least I missed the 2017 looking on the app, and got twitchy waiting last year and went the eBay route after waiting a few weeks after their release in the park.

Does anyone know the rationale for some things showing up and others not?

I don't believe the Droid Factory playset has shown up on line yet.

The 2018 Halloween Droid and 2018 Christmas droid both made their way to the new ShopDisney site/app. 

Now that Rob has bit the bullet via eBay, I'll apply the "Rob Overspending Axiom" and find mine cheaper just like I did last year...

Although the $22 doesn't seem that bad to me, an extra $3 or $4 to be done with it won't break me.

Because the Color Change Droid Factory playset and 4-packs (and the Black Series 6" figure sets as well) are Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge branded merchandise and that park hasn't opened in Florida yet.  I think it was at Celebration where Disney said the SWGE stuff would be "park only" for a while to ensure park demand can be met.

And a lot of that stuff is still selling out.  Even the expensive things.
