SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!
I did this for Episode II to fill out my shelves for a while, adding in Shmi Skywalker, a few R2's I think I still have R5-D4 and some of the Jedi from Episode I
From what we know of Episode III lets put together a list of figures that may be used (or reissued ::)) when the Episode III line launches next Spring

I bet we see some Battle Droids, Super Battle Droids, and Clone Troopers.
Mas Ameeda, Yoda, Mace Windu, and maybe a few others COULD be reissued.
I bet we see more vehicles like a Jedi Starfighter and a Republic Gunship too.

Actually, it looks like we're going to get a new model Jedi Starfighter. As for the Clone Troopers, I think we might see a new helmet design based on the Insider article.

I'm inclined to agree with Nick, if only out of hope.
A new Starfighter that forms a transition between the AOTC version and an X-wing would be nice. I readily admit I see much more of an A-wing in the starfighter, but I hope some version of an X-wing appears.
I'm also expecting that they will further the transition to the stormtrooper style armor based on the Insider and just what 'should' happen for the sake of continuity. The body armor itself isn't all that different between clone and stormtroopers, so the helmet makes the most sense by far.
As far as rehashes go....
The droids mentioned should be no brainers, but I do wonder how the transition will happen between having tons and tons of droids for battle in the PT to having none in the OT that are used for that same purpose (yes, I too am fearful of a more special special edition of ANH).
Royal Guards are bound to make a comeback. Quasi-generic Jedi perhaps (are there any generic Jedi left?). Some bounty hunters making early cameo appearances?

This is a fun topic. I could go on and on with this.
Perhaps we will see a helmet-less Jango head used again for the Clone that Obi Wan befriends?
And R2D2 is probably a given if they rehash figures for it. And maybe one of the gold 3PO's, and possibly the SAGA Battle Droid.

I could see Mas Amedda making a comeback, as well as Plo Koon, Saesee Tiin and our good old coneheaded stand-by Ki-Adi-Mundi (who was partially rehashed from Episode 1).
I'd be alot happier, however, if we got fresh, SA, detailed sculpts of these guys, since its the last movie.

I am expecting to see a 2-1B Medical Droid now that his droid type appears in a fairly key scene with a certain patient. All Hasbro needs to do is make a new insignia on the chest plate from what I could tell in the picture.

I'm kind of hoping they release a 2-1B style droid as well. That is one figure I never got from the POTF2 line, and I've kind of been waiting to see if they would re-do/re-release it or not.
